21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Logo .... a hologram made with Blender on: November 23, 2023, 08:46:31 AM
Nice job, especially for the beginner!
Now make an NFT from it, that would be hilarious.
22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you rather make your investments in FIAT or CRYPTO? on: November 15, 2023, 08:41:10 AM
I'm already making my investments mostly in crypto, around 80%. Simply because no one can take it away from me, and because BTC has huge potential.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $300 Million Crypto Scam in India. on: November 09, 2023, 07:45:59 AM
I wouldn't say that it's surprising that they are getting nabbed just now. There are tons of scam on the internet. People still don't learn how to use the internet safely, not just crypto. It should be taught, but not everyone will listen. I learned it the hard way, but I was young and didn't lose much. For others, it just might be harder.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LastPass hack - move your crypto assets to a more secure place right now! on: November 01, 2023, 10:23:59 AM
That's why I keep my seed phrase and password from OWNR wallet on paper. You never want to keep things like that online. My social media data is in Excel, but I wouldn't feel safe to keep my seed phrase like that.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How will it affect your life if bitcoin price comes to $1 million per bitcoin? on: October 27, 2023, 10:35:18 AM
Well, I'd be able to get some big vacation, buy a good house, and still have some I guess. My life would be definitely a lot easier, but I prefer not to daydream. I'm just doing my best to protect my future.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoin censorship on: October 13, 2023, 08:51:33 PM
I wasn't. I never held stables for a long time, I've been only using them for some stuff. And I've heard how they froze only accounts of criminals.
27  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could Bitcoin Hit $1 Million by 2026? Arthur Hayes Makes Exciting Forecast on: October 09, 2023, 01:54:06 AM
People don't know btc price next month and somebody still talking about 2026 lol

Exactly, I'm already tired of all those promises and predictions. I prefer simply DCAing and not thinking too much about that.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I choose Bitcoin on: October 05, 2023, 07:32:55 PM
I agree with you life is risky but not all risks in life are worth taking.  Alt coin is very risky. It has the possibility of losing everything.  But if you want to invest in alt coin, you can invest in the first row.  But I would say if you want to invest for long term then invest in bitcoin.  Bitcoin is a medium of reliability.  And if you are a beginner then invest in bitcoin.  But it is also true that many people have benefited a lot by investing in alt coin.  The more the risk and the more the profit. But For securing your fund Bitcoin will be the best choice.

The risk depends on altcoins. Memecoins definitely have high risk I don't think is worth taking. But ETH, for example, is not the worst option. I just think that you need to mostly focus on Bitcoin and buy altcoins if you're feeling fancy.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu (SHIB): The Rising Star Redefining the Crypto Landscape on: September 29, 2023, 08:45:24 AM
how it can redefine the crypto landscape while shiba itself can't help with its own value plummeting as the day goes.
even with their most recent shibarium there was no significant effect at all I don't think it will redefine anything. seriously people should think twice before investing in meme coin, there are good and better coins out there.

It can't. Maybe OP just wants to make people believe in SHIB because he's desperate due to its price. Sounds like a typical memecoin holder in denial.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Cuban's Metamask was hacked on: September 25, 2023, 04:58:23 AM
-This news reminds us once again that even if you are tech-savvy, you should be very careful when using crypto wallets.

My point exactly, some people talking so confident and acting all tough forgetting no one is above making a mistake, even the slightest of it can get you in trouble. Can't be be too careful as long as you are human and most importantly being on the Internet.
Whether it was an accident,  or done on purpose for cheap publicity, the fact remains this can be someone else story. Some type of hacks can leave you speechless and in total dismay.

I'm sure there are dozens of stories like this, just with smaller numbers, and people who are not popular. I don't think that's too funny, but defending him is pointless too. He's a rich guy who won't be affected by this much. We should learn this lesson if we haven't done that before.
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin miners energy usage has exceeded 50%, where is Elon? on: September 22, 2023, 07:18:41 AM
That's a good question, but not the right place to ask. I hope he will be true to his words, even tho I'm not gonna spend my BTC there ( I simply don't have enough ).
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GAMEPAD - little scammers and Liars on: September 13, 2023, 09:16:31 AM
Well, I don't think that you can find a non-scammer on Telegram related to crypto. Especially if he asks you to send crypto. If you're sending someone crypto because they told you that in the DM, then you're simply making a donation.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MetaMask Unveils Instant Bank Withdrawals on: September 07, 2023, 08:51:38 AM
That's great, it's always better when you can withdraw your crypto directly from your wallet. OWNR wallet added this feature months ago, I've been always using this wallet.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is exchange based tokens worth for hold? on: August 30, 2023, 09:12:02 AM
I don't trust exchange coins. I never did, FTX history was a good example. I'm simply stacking sats in OWNR wallet with a few altcoins and that's enough for me. There are plenty of good coins to choose from without BNB and others like it.
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you go about realizing gains? If you opt not to, what is your reason? on: August 24, 2023, 09:23:18 AM
I'm not selling my Bitcoin because I know it will be a lot more expensive in the future. At least $100k in the upcoming years. So wasting Bitcoin now or even at $30-40k feels like a wasted potential.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin Instead of Gold? on: August 20, 2023, 06:06:49 AM
Bitcoin is easily transferrable, more volatile, and simply safer than Gold. That's enough for me.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Binance profiting from promoting Tokens? on: August 10, 2023, 08:25:00 PM
Of course they profiting from that. Token creators most likely pay them to be added and to make airdrops. Binance usually announces things like that and no one would do that for free.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin doesn't give you instant 100 percent profits on: August 06, 2023, 05:30:05 AM
most people, of course, want to get quick profits from investing in btc, and want big profits, but I don't think there's anything wrong if people want to get rich quick from btc and get big profits, because most human nature is like that, and I myself also want get rich quick from investing in btc and want to get big profits. and in my opinion it's not wrong as long as the condition is that as a btc investor we have to accept the fact that the btc price is hard to rise or we only get a small amount of profit, or get a loss.

It's human nature to be greedy, so we don't need to get upset with others because when we were newbies, we used to have such thoughts. it would be a lie if someone said that they have invested in bitcoin but they don't want to get bigger and faster returns. Bitcoin is considered risky but has the potential to provide faster and larger returns than other assets like gold or real estate.  That's why we take risks to invest in bitcoin with the desire to change lives faster, so don't try to lie that we don't want high and fast returns.  None of us is without greed and envy.

I mean, there is nothing wrong with being greedy but you need to be smart about it. I did my research and designed my expectations before investing in Bitcoin to not be frustrated and not lose money because of that. It's not that hard.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON is bad coin, here is why on: July 30, 2023, 08:39:05 AM
Well, it's still cheaper than ETH. Not as much as it used to, but still. I mean, there are a lot of other coins that didn't do something new, at least TRON works fine.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the largest meme coin ever? on: July 24, 2023, 03:21:03 AM
Which is the biggest meme coin yet? You can visit the cmc list if you want, and don't forget to name your profitable meme coin.
(...)
For me Dogecoin, the OG!
Why Dogecoin? Because since beginning it is staying just like Bitcoin. There are already a lot of "meme coins" or copied Dogecoin that didn't survive, they are just for the hype.
So for me, Dogecoin is the biggest. Beside it is the original meme coin, it is also the highest market cap among the rest.

They're all just for the hype, trying to copy DOGE's success or trying to copy the copies of DOGE, lol. This is the reason I don't like other memecoins, they are all just rip-offs and hype is the only thing that they can provide.
