I read some TA on trading view and some TA chart look very sense making! The common point of those chart is the bull run will not come in late 2018 but mid/late 2019. I prepared myself for that prediction.
However, nobody will be sure in this easy to be manipulated market since the whales control the price.

Its not easy to catch the rising coin like that, the "successful" traders often monitor the coin for long time and combine with other movement of bitcoin, market to decide the trade, not only the chart.
Some also attend the signal group and this kind of signal somehow become self ful-filled while many people will jump in that coin because of the signal.
Trading is of course more profitable than holding if you are lucky and you know what to do.

At this market trend, I suggest you put the investment in a strong established coin than a new shitty cheap one. As even the price of that strong coin already down alot (some 70%) from the all time high, that mean you will got a nice profit when the bull come back.

i saw this kind of thread daily and it seems this also affect the price of ETH.
I myself think that the ETH price will raise to a new good high in the future as there are quite a lot of improve is being made with ETH. They have lots of money, they surely will use that money for development and make the ETH great again.

There are still people making money in this kind of market, the important thing is to buy and sell at the right time.
To do that, you need to be good at what you are doing and you need luck also.
I myself also making little money daily by running some masternode, although the price is down from my initial bought, I think as long as the dev is not abandon the coin, the masternode still "produce" money for me. That is my basic way of money making in this downtrend market.

What come up must go down and what come down will go up.
At the moment, it is the down trend of the wave, so things are going down, when the down steam is out, we will see up trend again.
That is my optimistic opinion. However, not everyone think that, many people will panic sell when see the down trend and that is actually making the down trend deeper.

I was putting some money in ICO in the past, and generally, got back some profit in the bull run.
But now, look at the market situation, and the true nature of ICO, it seems ICO is like selling the dream for money and most of them are just the money grabbing.
So, I will stay away from ICO, in fact, I already stay away from ICO for long time, now I focus on long term established coin with true goal which is little less risk.

Thailand is an open country, and this is very good news.
My view point is Thailand government really know to do business, this change mean they support cryptos, that can attract the cryptos people from the cryptos-unfriendly countries to go there.

If I can give you an advice, I would tell you to invest in a cheap established coin instead of ICO right now.
The ICO business seems to be very down at this kind of market and look like its not very profitable investing in ICO anymore, investors now need the coin with real using, not just a random token or POS or masternode coin anymore. So try to look for a good/potential established coin and your investment will be less risk .

New wallet is awesome in term of resource consuming, I run several other masternode coin wallet and it often eat 20 - 25% of the CPU while running that make me not possible to stake the masternode rewards (this can consider little reason adding to the dumping of some masternode coins). My only question is that if the team is backed by Korean Geverment, why dont you get the .kr domain instead of .sg which is a Singapore domain extension.

Max supply of a coin/token for sure very important to consider, with a token with max supply of 20M and 20B, I will choose the 20M one. I think the lower the better, because the rarer the more expensive.

However, the more important thing is that you have to create demand for that coin/token, the is the long term and safe goal to keep the price high. Or at least deliver the promises on the development as the planned roadmap and the price will be naturally raise.

When it come to airdrops, I tend to focus on the coin airdrop (with its own chain) other than the token airdrop. As the chain some how will run on its own not matter what happen, that will bring little value to the coin. Beside I can get some POS reward if the coin is POS, or a masternode of the coin is masternode coin.

Some coin I am following: DST (a reborn coin from a scammed one), Privcy - A privacy community airdrop coin.

Beside those 2 coins, I did know some others but I am not following so not sure if they are good or not good.

Keep your wallet safe:
- do the encryption and try to memorize that passphrase.
- Back up your wallet to different places.
- Do the virustotal scanning for all new wallet.
- Install a strong antivirus scanning.

Do your research:
Money can be made from any coin, so if you have a good coin after researching, stick with it to a remarkable amount. And then try to diversify your category of holding.
Do not FOMO, do not buy in green.

Collect the knowledge.
Knowledge is gold, so collect it as much as you can.  

Do not be greedy: set your own profit goal and sell when it reach.

Exchange is also the place I keep my money for trading, so I focus on big one. In fact, my trading is only happened on Binance. The other I have account and only used when I need to deal with the coin that is not on binance.

My most considered factor is the reputation. Next one is the speed. In the past I tried Bittrex and it was laggy all the time, same with cryptopia, sometime the laggy can cost you money because you miss the trade in the trend.

Facebook release its coin, well, it will have a slight advantage over other coins (because they already have lots of money), that's all. I dont think it is 100% success, I am agree that there will be lots of hype on this coin, but after all, it will be another coin on the market.

What the facebook coin can do, other coins also can do, so not much difference.

Recently I am following 1 project and it might be (just might be) the scam, I have been in this for quite a long time and I saw the dev sold up the coin with dead cheap price. I at first feel lucky because my low price order get filled, but then price keep dumping till 1 sts...and keep dumping a large amount.

Well, i do feeling some kind of angry buts thats life, we pay for the experience. Now, well, I think of guys heavily invested into that project and feel sorry for them, well, kind of released for me as I did not lost much....

Last peak, when I was new to cryptos and I did made some money from XRP. Many people like XRP and there are not less people dont like it.
I myself think that when it come to cryptos, when one coin/token have lots of people like it, it got potential. So, if you are interested in XRP, go buy it.

Also, there is also an advice to diversify your investment into different category to spread the risk, well, in case you have fund, you can consider some more coin like: XLM, XMR, NEO, NEBL, WTC, LISK, PIXV....they are all coins with strong team and clear roadmap with big plan behind.

I heard this many time from long time ago. And yes, I think most of us who into cryptos some how have the belief in the blockchain technology.
I think that in order to be widely adapted, blockchain must solve its problem like: speed of transaction, speed of confirmation in the network....those are obstacles to over come before the revolution...
