21  Economy / Securities / Re: Cloudhashing ASIC mining contracts, UK LTD company - Now Mining & Paying Bitcoin on: October 22, 2013, 01:50:48 PM
Please use this service Below its the best way of starting an investigation into CLOUDHASHING

http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/home

UK people contact this service today to register an online fraud company , they can instigate a cease and desist order and freeze the company's money if they suspect an online fraud company operating in the UK

i want to remind people that im a supporter of BitCoin and its Continuation , I do not like to see people scammed out of anything.

Im from london. But i fucked my leg on sunday and walking like zoombie.
If anyone will have real details of them i will jump in my car and will make few photos plus video of the address posted here.

It was obvious that they using virtual office. Im not saying that all scammers do that but most of them forwarding mails to somewhere else because thats better and safer.

Once upon a time (probably somewhere in this thread) Cloudhashing claimed to be using 5 datacentres in 3 continents for more diversity in case of problems. Nothing I've seen makes me think this is the case. Anyone else remember that?

Hay stinky pete  Wink

Yes i do thanks for reminding us , well 3 data centers in 3 countrys well thst a tough andwell over the top way of doing something , how much tech did they have at that time ?

27  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: New ultra fast ASIC machines, who is legit and trustworthy and who isn't? on: October 22, 2013, 01:15:01 PM
Many of them sound way too good to be true...  Terahashes?  For less than $10K?

http://www.nitrominer.com/

https://hashfast.com/

http://www.asic-technologies.com/ - These guys claim they can ship the KnC Jupiter for $4,350 in six days.  Over here they offer same hash speed as KNC Jupiter for $3800 (doesn't make a lot of sense): http://www.asic-technologies.com/ "shipping now - 521.1 -564.8 GHash/sec – 30 BTC /$3800 – 28 nm chip"

How can I tell who is legit and who isn't?   After reading horror stories about Butterfly labs I'm lost.  Seems like incredible profit is possible with many of these machines (if they are real) if you act NOW.

Thanks!

Kind regards

SHAME ON YOU I HOPE TO SEE YOU ON THE NEWS AS A BIG SCAM ,THEN IN HANDCUFFS HEADING TO JAIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!
30  Economy / Securities / Re: Cloudhashing ASIC mining contracts, UK LTD company - Now Mining & Paying Bitcoin on: October 22, 2013, 01:04:53 PM
They claimed they would have 100THs by the end of September. At current difficulty that would find on average 8 blocks a day. No unknown IP address has got a total of more than 5 blocks in the last 4 days combined.

http://blockchain.info/pools?timespan=4days

So Emmanual answers me that they are solo mining, but then falls silent again when asked to prove it.

Delaying tactics: "Will be back here with details" - translation, flogging the last of the miners off on Ebay before winding the company up and doing a runner.

as ive been saying from the start , refunds and walk away peeps while you still can

What does "fairly soon" mean? Why always so vague?

Does one not understand that when people give specific dates that's when the customers like the ones you see on here get mad and disappointed?

But this is just completely opaque. We don't know when it is planned to arrive, we don't know how our currently mined Bitcoins are decided on, we don't know whether compensation will be issued for early adopteds (the contracts decreased in price and value).

Anyway, I'll continue to wait and see.

its more carrot on a stick guys to keep you happy for a few days while they sell the bit coins they6 have mined at the new high prices .......my god wake the fuck up i might just rob you all face to face you seam that oblivious to whats going on in reality, NEW HIGH PRICE WHAT YA THINK THERE DOING LOL
32  Economy / Securities / Re: Cloudhashing ASIC mining contracts, UK LTD company - Now Mining & Paying Bitcoin on: October 19, 2013, 11:38:42 PM
Hey

Good news is we will be making the pool available fairly soon. Payments will all be handled there . So bear with us as we focus on getting you on there quickly.

All payments you have earned since mining began will show up on your balance. You will then need to set the payout interval you prefer.

Thanks

Emmanuel

Your full of crap M8 you take the piss out of these people and you have the cheek to post vauge crap like that. so now they are responsible for sorting out there payments from a new pool you just setup!!
i hope you go bankrupt and loose your house pal

Yes you right.

I am sorry if i sounded disrespectful.

I still believe CH is doing there best.
I hope all contracts have got revenue reinvestment already.

Revenue reinvestment dosnt help out the contract holder it helps out CH, why is it so hard for people to understand that there business model dosnt work!!!!
how much you think you going to get from a 20Ghash contract ?

come the next diff jump it will mine the same as a usb block erupter and you wanna pay nearly $1000 for it, come on people have a word with ya self
38  Economy / Securities / Re: Cloudhashing ASIC mining contracts, UK LTD company - Now Mining & Paying Bitcoin on: October 18, 2013, 09:49:20 PM
With a Platinum 2-year contract, you make a one time payment and will receive payments from your contract for a 24 month period.

Contract Length: 2 Years
Processing Power: 20 Gigahash/s

Sales price without tax: $937.56

Given todays diff ROI on that seams really silly !!! who would pay for that now ?

I don't think they are taking any more money. Reducing the prices would scare the existing customers. There is no evidence that they are hashing at all since they stopped mining at Bitminter and BTCGuild. They claim to be solo mining but at what IP address? Where can it be verified in the block chain?

if there not taking anymore money then there business is broken and will fail in the matter of weeks. with there contracts and compensation for there members they cant break even surly?
the well informed are not going to pay that kind of money for such a small amount of Ghash and ROI.

CH cant continue selling contracts with the new diff@267731249 with another large jump in a couple weeks i think or less!!!!

i feel bad for everyone who got involved with CH and i hope your refunds find them way to you soon . shame people like tokeweed were able to post in this thread ......at least he changed his tune and said people should get refunds too . he knew they were a scam !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Part II Formation of the Contract
Contract of sale
2 Contract of sale.

(1)A contract of sale of goods is a contract by which the seller transfers or agrees to transfer the property in goods to the buyer for a money consideration, called the price.

(2)There may be a contract of sale between one part owner and another.

(3)A contract of sale may be absolute or conditional.

(4)Where under a contract of sale the property in the goods is transferred from the seller to the buyer the contract is called a sale.

(5)Where under a contract of sale the transfer of the property in the goods is to take place at a future time or subject to some condition later to be fulfilled the contract is called an agreement to sell.

(6)An agreement to sell becomes a sale when the time elapses or the conditions are fulfilled subject to which the property in the goods is to be transferred.
