There are indeed restrictions and baning of large platforms like facebook, twitter, even google. but can still use other social media that support for ICO ads, as far as I know steemit and youtube can still be used for advertising..

saya setuju jika sebuah platform memerlukan KYC untuk para token holder, biasanya owner menghindari masalah legal etis apalagi crypto rentan dijadikan sarana pencucian uang, untuk bounty yang memakai kyc juga saya setuju supaya pemilik akun tunggal akan merasa lebih adil dalam pembagian alokasi, kita juga tidak pernah tahu apakah ada investor yang juga mengikuti program bounty dari ICO yang mereka invest, saya juga pernah membayangkan kalau akun bitcointalk memakai KYC. karena kebanyakan mengikuti bounty berawal dari thread bounty di bitcointalk, memang ada juga beberapa platform mengadakan program bounty menggunakan email sebagai akun untuk menerima payment.. dan jika kita berbicara mengenai kemungkinan terburuk mengenai penyalahgunaan identitas, saya belum tahu penyalahgunaan seperti apa seumpama itu terjadi, lebih baik kita juga membaca terlebih dahulu persyaratan dan persetujuan sebelum mengisi KYC , pasti ada dalam formulir KYC tentang persyaratan dan persetujuan
