looks like the official thred is open

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=291141.new#new

like it would change anything...

they are going to collect money for the 6Th miner soon. So they have to get active again.

That's why we must keep this thread alive.

So I will continue posting in this thread too... you never know when giorgiomassa gets triggerhappy again and decides to shut down discussion.

Bitmine.ch is for me officially scam.
And everybody should know about it. I would be happy if NOBODY would buy anything from Bitmine.ch anymore.
It's just an awful company that spreads lies to get maximum profit without going to jail.

giorgiomassa complained!
Me and one other person put a ban on red signature!

giorgiomassa, do not like the information that he - is engaged in fraud!

I ordered a 800GH machine in the Jan #2 batch (supposed to ship Jan 15 - lolz).

As of today my machine is 46 days late (first 10 days of being late don't count according to CCP, otherwise it would be 56 days late). So already I better be awarded an additional 40% hash power according to CCP (10% per every 10 days late). This is assuming it would ship today of course, which it won't. In 4 more days it will be 50 days late, which at that time I better be awarded 50% more hash power as promised by CCP. This will mean they have to fill my 800GH machine with a 5th card, and also and me an additional machine with 1 card.

In 14 days from now it will be 60 days late, at which time I will request full refund + 10% guaranteed by CCP.

Am I understanding this all correctly?

Hi,

Yes your calculation is accurate.

Thanks for the clarification. Do I need to contact support to request my additional hash or will they add it automatically?

It is automatically added based on your CPP coverage on the day of shipping the unit.

What happens on Day 61 if you do not want a refund? Does the CCP (10%/10days) continue?

The CPP was meant to be a compromise between and acceptable risk for our customers and an acceptable risk for us. The concept is this: we could possibly delay, we understand this is a loss for you so we are compensating this loss with additional hashing power (+10% every 10 days). If we are really so much late that waiting would make no more sense for you (the famous "61 days"), then you can cancel your order, get the money back and even get a 10% free gift from us for the troubles you had. So the answer is no, after the 61st day we are not giving more than 50% of compensation because that would result in a plain loss for us, you can either wait for the 50% compensated order to be shipped or cancel the order as per above.

I'm not aware of any other Bitcoin mining equipment manufacturer in the world that offers such a good customer protection. Our primary goal is customer's satisfaction and we are working hard to achieve this.

All this is not on your site.
This means that it is fraud on your part!

WHY YOU make people do a refund???

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT LOSE MONEY??
Why should we LOSE YOUR MONEY PLACE YOU???

I already have more than 61 days delay!!!

Zelek Uther,
Write my position in the queue!
In the email I was told:
Mar 04 09:00
Your queue is 600,I am estimating that in the next 15 days you will be receiving your device

Can you make a note that said that Bitmine! Wink  Grin

Done.  Can you double-check the 600 queue number?  It doesn't fit with the other queue numbers around the time of your order.  I would have expected a queue number around 150.
I myself was very surprised!  Shocked Shocked

2) Refunds can be asked on the 71th day of delay based on the committed shipment date, which is the one published when you place the order. For avalon-clones and December batch customer, that means you'll be able to ask the refund starting from February 27th (December 16th stated delivery date + 10 days + 60 days). An appropriate page on our web site under support will be opened tomorrow for anybody willing to ask for a refund and yes, we will be honoring them within 30 days.

7) Refunds are not mandatory: if you don't request them with our refund request form, we won't be doing this automagically for you. You can opt to wait for your 50% (the maximum) compensated order to be delivered for any amount of time.

Today is February 27, 2014.
I do not see refund request form!  Angry

Wow, you are right... I don't see a refund request form ANYWHERE...
But I guess you just have to tell them you want a refund, and it's ok.

It's illegal to force someone to use something that doesn't exist. This will not hold in any court.  Cheesy

they are silent as usual!

I guess they are not going to return the money or as always procrastinate!  Shocked

hi guys,

today 500 desk hashing units are coming in, so in the next 2,3 days we can assemble and ship more than 100 units Smiley
we are running as fast as possible believe me!

regarding the several question on desk turbo mode, we achieve 1.3Ths in labo, but the units become very hot fast and generate an high error %, there are still more work to do on the firmware side, to tuning volatagese ecc, next update will give you better performance,

regarding the rig, today we should finish test with the 24V, if is performing good, production will start at the end of the week

@giorgiotheclown: please accept my official invitation for a visit in our company, we will be happy to show you all what we are doing and explain you directly the status.
