Got this email.. I sincerely hope that you have come to a satisfactory conclusion in your dealings with KnC. If not, you may be interested to read further. I’m currently working full time in Sweden pursuing 15 individual litigation's against KnC. In this matter, I collaborate with Magnus Daar, who is, as you may know, pursuing a class action lawsuit against the company. It has come to my attention that many dissatisfied KnC customers, who would like to pursue legal actions against the company, refrain from doing this, simply because they find the costs prohibiting. Since I’m confident in the possibilities to win a litigation against KnC (albeit, there are no guarantees in this business), I like to investigate if you would be interested to participate in a new class action lawsuit, based on the following deal: • You pay no initial retainer or any other legal fees, such as court fees. • If you win, your retainer will be 30 % of what’s reclaimed in the lawsuit. • Payment of possible KnC legal fees (in case of a loss) will be split in the group, thus minimizing the individual risk and financial exposure. The main focus in the lawsuit will be on Titan 14L (batch 1) and Titan 16L (batch 2), including KnCs refusal to comply with mandatory Swedish consumer protection laws (the right to cancel an order and to get a refund for any reason whatsoever), marketing of unrealistic ”false” delivery dates and late delivery of products, shipping of products against customer wishes, selling dangerous (fire hazard) and non certified products, selling faulty and non performing products vs advertised, e.g less hash rate and higher power consumption than advertised. Please let me know if you have a Neptune. I may pursue a separate class action lawsuit for this machine, if enough interest. To get as far ahead in the litigation ”race" against KnC as possible, I like to go as fast on this one. Please let me know if you are interested ASAP… and/or if I can be of any other assistance. From? If he wants I can refer someone to him. When are you support to get it?
KNC Miner will ship by end of Q3 (end of September) they did this the same with Neptune, Jupiter, etc. and delivered. This will be their last mining equipment sale as they will no longer sell mining equipment as they recently closed 14 million Series A investment and will be dealing with solely with cloud services instead. I hope KNC wasnt waiting for Bitmain L1 release in Dec. ps: that why I did not order LTC mining from KNC. This is their last model. That is batch 2, I have the batch 1.

I wonder if theres any remote chance in this stage despite their tos to get a Titan refund (10k) or if it would be a lost cause. I really dont want to deal with Kncminer anymore and need the money to buy a house.

its nearly impossible to get a Titan refund at this point.
Per their ToS it is, but just be persistent yet polite and they may change their mind. You may find someone human over there that may care a smidge and do the right thing. I guess that would be worth a shot. I work for a large law firm coincidentally, so I can easily get in contact with an attorney for legal advice or even try and convince one of them to pickup a KNC Miner class action lawsuit. I have a feeling Titans will be under-delivered or undeliverable on their end.

I'm scared because I got a refund on one order recently, but regrettably switched another order to a Titan in April. At the downward spiral rate that KNCMiner is going, I am afraid that they will continue to pull sketchy tactics or even worse not deliver. I think its nearly impossible to get a Titan refund at this point.
