Yes there are a lot of problems regarding ICOs, I guess that the issue should be regulated, to reduce number of scams and to give to good ideas chance of development. The market is full of scams and it also makes the situation problematic for good projects. I think they are not decreasing, but they are more careful while selecting of the project. There are a lot of scams, so they try to filter out and to invest only in ideas with good future. I am personally investing also, but it takes a lot of time to select the idea.
