This error typically means that you have some typo/error in your configuration file or parameters. To figure out real reason, please try first running yam -c yam-qcn.cfg with default config that comes with miner, without chainging it (be sure that you copied config to directory where yam executable located). If that works, start modifying config file step by step (change your address, change number of threads, etc). Also will be very helpful if you provide info on which exactly build you are using. yvg1900 |

According to http://cpucoinlist.com/ GPU advantage for GRS is 4.9. Does that match with current CPU miner on Haswell? If not - can someone contact maintainer of the list and get that corrected? |

What did you use in .conf file ?
Support for NRS mining with yam at ypool will come with next update. I was already announcing this on my Twitter feed. |

Some additional numbers: Intel Xeon E5 1650 (1.75 MH/s) NVidia 650Ti (1.95MH/s) Using which miner? Data for CPUs in quoted table is outdated - yam demonstrates much better hashrates on all CPUs, especially Haswells with AVX2. |

pinwc4, please turn your daemon back on... YAM breaks when the donation thread cant complete. BlockQuarry has fw'd my ip, so im mining through a proxy but I need your pool to be up to complete the donation..when it cant donate it just stops mining cause the developer is clearly a greedy fuck.
=> Then you don't use miner. Compile other miner from source and mine with that. |

why are there 10 different version for linux64? jeez - talk about confusing! If you take few minutes and either read provided documentation or just google for details on the miner, you will get why programs have to be compiled for every specific CPU microarchitecture to achieve best performance, especially when they contain major critical parts hand-coded in assembly language for performance. If this is way too much confusing for you - fall back to compiling another miner from github source. |
