The minimum amount per transaction is 400 USD and the maximum is 1250 USD, however it is possible to make several transactions.
Transactions are performed from a few minutes to 6 hours after reception of funds.

The Western Union/MoneyGram fees are deducted from the total amount.

Western Union's fees table:
$400.01 - $500.00 = $40.00
$500.01 - $750.00 = $45.00
$750.01 - $1,000.00 = $50.00
$1,000.01 - $1,250.00 = $76.00

MoneyGram's fees table:
$400.01 - $500.00 = $35.00

$700.01 - $1,000.00 = $45.00

btc-e.com est écrit en php et était à l'origine une modification avancée du CMS joomla. D'ailleurs si tu retires l'url rewriting tu peux voir que les pages portent l'extension .php (https://btc-e.com/index.php). Bien évidemment il est toujours possible pour le développeur d'utiliser n'importe quelle extension bien que ça soit invraisemblable et inutile.

We have to remember that the people behind cloudflare previously ran a project called projecthoneypot.org, a pretty useless project that thought it could stop spam.
They had financial issues when someone suddenly came around and said "Oh we could do a lot of interesting things with your datas". They then magically appeared with 20 millions dollars...
Cloudflare pretends a lot of things which are misleading people, for example they tell that they operate 23 datacenters around the world, this is definitely a lie as it is known that cloudflare usually only runs a router and a few servers in already existing datacenters.
They over exaggerate their capacity, they also tried to pretended to have developed their own httpd but it is only a lightly modified version of nginx.
It was also previously written in their TOS that they allow themselves to look at the datas to build some statistics and other things out of your traffic.

I would be very careful with this company.

It is a sure thing that the U.S will do their best to prevent bitcoin from being exchanged to dollars.

You can try to track the transaction and attempt to compromise the attacker back ;-)
