What happened to Nilu during last 2 weeks?
Core Dev
1- World cup prediction ÐApp launched on http://plax.red. This is just a decentralized game right now, but we have plans for extending it to an oracle and prediction platform in the future.
2- Still developing and testing meta.nilu, Sorry for the delay, release delayed because of some other tasks related to world cup prediction platform.
3- Beta version of web wallet is ready for the public test here: http://labs.nilu.tech/betawallet/ after completion of tests and feedback, it will be available on meta.nilu
4- Developing of iOS version was going well! I’m waiting like some of you, but our iOS Dev team told me that I can have a test version during next week.
5- Stable version of Gilu 1.2 (which is equivalent to Geth 1.8.8 stable) is available on Github now.
6- Beta version of a Nilu J (Jilu) is prepared, and we are testing now. This Java-based Nilu will be used for testing Nilu 2.0 network which is a not-just-POW version of Nilu with more banking service friendly features.

Main Dev tasks for next 2 weeks:
1- We do our best to lunch meta.nilu during this iteration. Again, sorry for the delay.
2- The new website development will be started after lunching meta.nilu
3- Finalizing tests on web wallet.
4- Publishing a new version of Android app (plus Chines language + one new Ethash based network + bug removal)
5- Working on iOS app.
6- Running and testing Nilu 2.0 test net.
7- Publishing a document about proposed features for Nilu 2.0 and getting feedbacks

Hopefully, we have more non-Dev related activities in our next biweekly reports. Actively negotiating for adding a professional PR and media team to our core team.

What happened to Nilu during last 2 weeks?

1- Some of Nilu APIs exposed and used in meta.nilu.
2- Now, meta.nilu is available online but with less functionality. Explorer and Stats will be available during several days after testing.
3- A new version of Android wallet released. If you didn’t install it till now, please install it. If you installed, please shake it!
4- Developing of iOS version was going good!
5- A new version of Nilu core is available now. Right now, just Linux version and other versions plus source codes will be available during next week.
6- Web wallet development started. Hopefully it will available during next two weeks.

Community Dev

* Note 3: If you got the previous version from other sources than Google play (Github, direct) You may encounter the issue in installing the new version. In this case, please backup your wallet CAREFULLY and import that wallets to new version. This is a one time issue and due to release unification, will not happen again for next versions.

Listing limit criteria increased. I remember that it was 10K, but now your coin/token must have at least 100K trade volume per day. Obviously on one of the selected exchanges.

At first step toward multilingual interfaces, we want to add the Chinese and Russian translation to Android wallet. your contribution is highly appreciated!

As I mentioned before, at the first step and for the first year, we will follow Ethereum project. It will let us to have more time and resources to focus on other aspects of this blockchain based project.
When somebody uses a blockchain based project (say, Ethereum for instance) he doesn't interact directly with the blockchain (at least in most of the cases!) But this usage occurs via some interfaces. And we think that there are so many improvement potential in this area. Because of this simple idea, we prefer to focus on that interfaces at the first step and do not any (nor usable, useless, just for advertising or so on) changes on blockchain side.
After completion of some of our Apps, Dapps and non-blockchain improvement of blockchain technology, and having a good and supportive community of users, we can change and improve Nilu's  Ethereum blockchain core.

Nilu is an Ethereum clone and its blockchain codebase will be same as Ethereum (at least for the first year)
Our main goal during this year is developing "non-tech-user friendly" interfaces for blockchain, and some interesting smart contracts based on Nilu.

Our Chinese QQ group has more than 1000 members now.
Yesterday, about 3500 NILU airdropped via a smart contract named Lucky Nilu in the Chinese community. About 90% of this amount paid by Chinese supporters. We may run similar crypto events for other local communities. Please inform me about your local communities.

About difficulty adjustment: Nilu's difficulty adjustment is same as Ethereum

About POW/POS: We are not insist on POW, but deciding on changes like this should be done by community

About team members: Nilu's core development team are based on a group of 6 developers. All of core team members are experienced and working in banking industry and because of this, they prefer to remain anonymous. There is no organic relation between Ethereum core team and Nilu.
