Cardano is one of the most famouse altcoins now. It's blockchain has some similarities with Ethereum blockchain but it's more faster and cheaper. I think it's a very ambitious project and it's interesting to invest in it.

I think yes. Mostly all ERC-20 tokens follow Ethereum movements. But it doesn't matter if Ethereum lost 15%, for example ZIL will lose the same. THe falling can be smaller in times, like 4-5%.

I don't know any country where ICOs are completely legit.  Maybe countries like, Singapore or Korea. But in other countries it's not forbidden and not allowed. The same situation in my country too.

I disagree with you. I think that bitcoin and ethereum will be coins of future. These cryptocurrenies are too strong to die. I think it's impossible. But there are also another good coins.
