21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you here for the right reasons on: October 05, 2018, 04:47:15 PM
I'm just here as a hobby.. I waste about $150 in electricity mining.. If it takes off and makes me some big money, Im happy with it. If not, well, it killed my boredom for the day.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 500$ investment on altcoin on: October 05, 2018, 01:16:45 AM
It's funny because everyone mentioned different coins, yet there are 99% shit coins in the market. So either everyone's coins are great and it's the OTHER guy's picks that are crap... OR... just about every coin out there is shit. Bottom line, there's a lot of shit out there.
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is anonymity the future for bitcoin??? on: October 05, 2018, 01:08:00 AM
I don't even get the point of anonymity.. Are you that scared to buy porn? What the hell are you watching, horses banging old ladies? It seems like it's a novelty feature that isn't needed by anyone except drug dealers, weapons merchants, and pimps. Other than that, you buying your mug with your face on it using your crypto coins is pretty safe Wink
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TZC] TrezarCoin Super-Secure-PoW/PoS on: October 03, 2018, 01:46:26 AM
If anyone has an intention to use TrezarTravels, it would be great if they could make a walk through video of the experience. I know lots of us have a general idea and the instructions seem easy enough but I'm a visual type of guy and a video would be great. Bonus points for showing the conversion from USD through to TZC in the video.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: September 28, 2018, 02:01:21 AM
Have you seen Acorn's warranties? It screams buy at your own risk, cuz we don't believe our product will be around 6 months from now.
26  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [ADVICE] What type of Market is the best? on: September 27, 2018, 02:23:42 AM
Just find a market that is cyclical (goes up big and down big) and wait for a bear market to get in. Simple. You are now a millionaire, you're welcome.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: September 27, 2018, 12:09:49 AM
If devs continue to be ahead of the curve and plan to fork when asics appear, people will stop buying them when they realize their asic will be a doorstop a few weeks after they buy it. The problem is the developers are NOT ahead of the curve, mostly because most developers are complete shit, producing shit coins, and just looking to sell off their coins and run off.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you trust a new cryptocurrency? on: September 25, 2018, 11:29:50 PM
I look at the project's team, their experience, and their roadmap. 99.9% of the coins are complete shit with bullshit ideals of what they want their coin to accomplish. My favorite bullshit is the eco-friendly stuff. These coins will clean the oceans, each coin will be used to blockchain some bullshit cleanup effort or tree hugging bullshit. Fk that, I look for a REAL use case for a coin, not gimmicks like buying garbage in a novelty store.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC in crypto, does it really require? on: September 25, 2018, 11:22:05 PM
if you lowered the requirements for KYC to 1k dollars, you'd have one guy from China making 100 accounts and trading 100k worth. When you set rules for the limitation of KYC, you set methods to get around KYC. That's why KYC has to be for everyone, big and small..
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ravencoin [RVN] PoW GPU Mining | Asset Transfer Blockchain (Updated ANN) on: September 25, 2018, 11:20:28 PM
It's not hard to understand why it's going down, the miners are using it to pay their electric bill. Most miners don't mine for investment, they mine to ROI their cards and pay their rent. Most miners are probably broke ass college kids trying to find beer money using free college electricity.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: September 22, 2018, 03:35:22 PM
I have nothing against ya SP, just pointing out that sometimes you talk some BS. Nothing more.. I appreciate your dev work, I just don't appreciate when people need to make up lies to defend BS. I've never used your miners but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate the work ya do for the community.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TZC] TrezarCoin Super-Secure-PoW/PoS on: September 22, 2018, 03:30:57 PM
Lol.. Go look at Alex_che's history of posts, you'll get a better understanding of why he posted that.

Anyway, looking forward to the beta of TrezarTravel and the Q4 goals. One day the bear market will pass, TZC will be worth taking a look at. If I need to stay at a hotel for a few days and it's $600, I hop on TrezarTravel and see they have a hotel I can stay at, I jump on the exchange and buy 120,000 tzc to pay for my hotel stay. Oh, 120k on the exchange right now will probably push the price back over 100sats. That's one purchase.. There's a use case that will increase the value of TZC and that's what investors will look at.

Yea, he was giving stats of 30-70% performance gains vs 2 year old miners and omitting the fact that there were existing miners that were faster. Keep that suction up my man Wink

Like i said, honesty goes a long way..

He wasn't charging for x16r and that's what you keep comparing to. Mining existed further then this year, but you wouldn't know that as you're one of the tards that bought in in January for $1000 per 1080ti.

Taking advice from someone who is literally a kid both in time and in personality is not on my list of things I do.

Actually I bought em at $750 because I could buy them in bulk, cuz I'm not some broke ass teenager like you that feels the need to chase after a dev and defend him. There's nothing that anyone has said about him that isn't true. If you're butthurt cuz you got suckered into paying .05btc, I'm sorry for you.. I get that .05 btc is a lot to you, I paid that on 2 drinks last week in a bar. But by all means, carry on, .05 btc is a lot for you to not defend Wink

Scrypt, nobody is talking to you and nobody gives a shit what you have to say, stop acting like a nerd, it's fkn embarrassing. You make me feel like I need to buy you a hooker so you'll stop acting like a geek. Jesus dude..
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Zealot/Enemy (z-enemy) NVIDIA GPU miner. on: September 21, 2018, 12:53:51 AM
Yea, antivirus thinks like 98% of miners are trojans..  Stick to trusted miners..
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Zealot/Enemy (z-enemy) NVIDIA GPU miner. on: September 20, 2018, 02:24:14 AM
I got a question. How I know witch version to use with my rig. Cuda 9.1 or cuda 9.2?

it goes by which version of nvidia drivers you have... I think the 398+ versions have cuda 9.2
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Zealot/Enemy (z-enemy) NVIDIA GPU miner. on: September 20, 2018, 12:06:48 AM
Of course you would need to test long since some algos are "easy" and bring high hashrates and some algos are "hard" and bring low hashrates. Anything less than 24hours would be worthless because it's multi algo and you need to run the averages over 24hrs.

Like I've said I've been testing z-enemy and t-rex at the same time on different rigs, so sequences were the same... So, no,  I didn't have to test it for 24hours, even 5 minutes would have been enough.

Lol dude, I'm not even going to bother to extend this conversation when you're telling me that by testing for 5 mins on a multi algo like x16r you can tell one is faster than the other. It's just pure ignorance.. Have fun..

Didn't have to test long since I can test 1080ti in parallel in both z-enemy with one 1080ti and t-rex with the other 1080ti. With z-enemy I have on avg. 22.620mhs with 1080ti and 17.290mhs with 1080 - these numbers are my personal calculations obviously, I get as high as 50.000mhs and as low as 13.000mhs with 1080ti depending on the sequence.

Of course you would need to test long since some algos are "easy" and bring high hashrates and some algos are "hard" and bring low hashrates. Anything less than 24hours would be worthless because it's multi algo and you need to run the averages over 24hrs.

It's a good example of bad investors that thought they would be driving lambos after 4 months. It's idiots like this that just go into discord chats and spam, "When lambo?" on their $20 investment..

You should have saved your $20 and bought a pack of trading cards and left the investment strategy to daddy, cuz daddy would understand bear markets are where you buy the gold on the cheap, and daddy would look at the roadmap and what's on the way and know investors require patience...
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: September 19, 2018, 12:08:28 AM
At the end of the day, all the devs "borrow" code or ideas from any open source that has something of value to give. I enjoy watching the lemmings fall over themselves trying to justify every little thing SP does, trying to explain away the exaggerations and lies, and getting oh so mad when you won't follow. Everyone knows all the devs do this, not all the devs are making up stories about how they need to charge .05btc "to protect the profits of the coins because my miner is so fast it reduces profits for miners". or my favorite "I need to charge otherwise other devs will steal my work"..

lol.. Jesus... and lemmings fall over themselves defending that shit Wink

I would have more respect for the truth, I'm charging this cuz thats what I feel my work is worth. You want it, then buy it, or stfu. That at least has some truth to it.
