You have to provide the following information for hbc support (quote from hbc forum post)
"In case you want to reset your 2FA we need
- Username
- The exacht numbers from the HBC and BTC on the account
- How many people do you have in your downline
- BTC transaction proof
without these informations everybody can say that his account is gone."

Be aware that the numbers are sometimes wrong so everything under 100 connections is not possible at all. This issue is known in the blockchain technology. ThanksWhen the roadmap will be updated?

Hello HBC-Dev Team,
I´ve got an issue regarding staking. I transfered HBC (in Total 311) to the wallet (as it was launched) from 2 different Accounts (1 is from my friend) to 2 different receive addresses. Then I start to staking and my first earnings were at 26 of dec with about 11 HBC. Ok, I thought the other earnings will come soon (in total about 30 HBCs) but I recognize that today we earn just 4 more HBCs. How is that possible? Maybe you take for staking just one wallet address? Hmm, I dont know...

^ As far as I'm conecerned you have to put all coins in one adress in the offline wallet. ----- And yes, natural growth only happens if you see progress in the project. |

Im very worried . Can u add almost 24hours vol? Omg people lending and stuck his money cause they don't wanna transfer at 8$ cause don't know who is selling the coin at 5$ well. Day 2 we are day 12 and still any update about the traffic and chart. The HBC is fluctuated on externals and CMC didn't take the intenal . How much time you need for all promised 4weeks ok but 1 first is almost done jus 2 days more and cryptomarket people move fast so please be smart and do it. U were posting before new year a lot and these days u are working and update every 2 days without any relevant info about the useful internal. And another thing that you must know bcc Davor devs control the market of his coin , i didn't see you yet control the coin and push the price for almost be equity when I transfer my daily payment from HBC and fluctuate on market cause market is selling the coin at 5$. First: you say want a natural growth? sorry? you are offering a lending / transfer to $ 8 and the market flips to $ 5 the currency! if I want to take part of my daily profits, I lose 40 %%% you are stealing from me and you are not ABSOLUTELY updating the PRICE to which the CURRENCY fluctuates.

You cannot withdraw $ directly. You have to transfer to hbc and sell those in the internal or an external exchange.

You are right. No visible progress. -.- Nobody can think they will release everything at once on the 4th of february. Progress means small steps towards a goal. I care about hbc so I wanna see those small steps and want to be part of it. I simply wanna get informed as an investor. Sad enough you won't get an answer/ETA regarding the 2 most urgent issues. Solving those will open a beautiful future for all of us. Well, ok, it will save us from certain death at least.  1. btc withdrawel fee's in the internal exchange 2. Price gap between the internal and external exchange / websocket implemantation. Websocket was promised on the 2nd of january to be released THIS week (look at the picture in the telegram posting). We'll see how they will handle this. One family - cares for each other! |

I've been staking in my offline wallet since 12/9 and I still don't have any staking rewards. My weight is 389, network weight is 3881498. expected time 34 days (this fluctuates a lot! I had 7 days at one point and it shot up to 1000 days the following day), 64 active connections. Should it take this long for me to receive a reward?
I was able to receive 2.85 coins from mining on 12/25.
You need more coins to keep up with the network weight. No chance with just 2.85 Coins. With more coins it's more likely to get a staking reward. Don't try with less than 100 Coins. |

HBC Team only answer the questions what they like. If you ask about the very very very high withdraw fee, no answer. If you ask about the spread between Lending wallet and Exchange, no answer. They don't care about their investors. Thats why HBC never go to the moon. Only behind the moon.  To answer this 2 simple questions takes 2 minute. But they not have the time. To fix this 2 simple things takes maybe one day. But they don't care. Talking about update the roadmap is bullshit. It doesn't matter if HBC is 25$ or 75$. At the moment it is 5.7$. And if the don't fix the important things, what we talking about for more then one week now, the price will be in one week 4$, but not 10$. Thats the facts. But it is better, i write. HBC to the moon, HBC is the best, HBC to everything right. Yeah,Yeah, Yeah. You are perfectly right. Sad enough there was no visible change at all after the release of the great 4 weeks plan 6! days ago. We didn't even see the graph in internal exchange and the leaderboards. Seems like "soon" can be damn far away. Please provide info regarding the substantial issues (fees and price gap) hbc! |
