For ETH mining should i go with R7 370 [Cheaper | 15M] or R9 380 [Mid Range | ~ 20M] or R9 390 [Expensive | ~ 30M] as I cannot decide.

Is there any reasons you choose to go with R7 370? Is that Sapphire or MSI or ASUS?

how to mine this in solo?
That's what I was wondering, for Ubuntu. i'm asking because supernova pool seems not paying correctly Yes i suspected that too because my hashrate is above 120M when i mine ETH but the hash rate seems incorrect when mining shift on Supernova as it is showing under 60M. This is almost half reduced and the payout does not seem correct. I'm getting anywhere from 50M to 90M when mining shift on Supernova with one 7990 and a r390 I have 3 x 7950 and 2 x R9 380 Nitro OC but I am shocked to see my Hash rate is under 60M on the pool when mining SHIFT |

The price is climbing and net hash rate is increasing. We just need some smart contracts and big news from DEVs to fire up the momentum at the right time. For any crypto traders, this is your best chance to jump on this training.  I dont want to say "I told you So" later! |

The price is raising. I think this coin needs more miners to generate more coins and increase difficulty slightly to balance out the market in order to get stable price raise.  The mining reward will most likely be lesser in shift 2.0.0. We will also adjust the starting difficulty. We will soon give an announcement when we have have established a team. We are now 5 people and 2 pending that are in the process of being a team member. Right now everyone is working with the responsibility in their area(design, developing, servers etc) and we will see once everything sets how we will proceed. This is pretty different since shift version one, the team will contain more people with a more diversified skill set. Not sure how the market cap will respond if the reward gets less and the difficulty gets high at the same time. This will be kinda gambling either the price goes to Moon or flatten. But we will have to see. |

Sorry I did follow the instruction but still no peer to download the blockchain.   do not suffer, and come in to a pool of suprnova, it turns out that the same solo that pool This is not for solo mining since i am mining shift on suprnova. But i need my local wallet working as i do not wish to keep my coins on the pool nor exchange. It would be great someone can help to resolve the issue. |

Ok I have another error message "Result object undefined in IPC response for request: personal_listAccountTransactions" Can anyone help ?
It may be that you don't have created an account yet. I have an account created and it is unlocked but still having the same error message. |

Unable to establish IPC connection to Shift. Make sure Shift is running and try again.
It's the GUI wallet, right? This is normal, actually it doesn't work without the CLI wallet running in the background, it's just an interface. However, we'll be updating to have our own fork of MIST soon. I found a solution by running shift which can be downloaded at https://github.com/shiftcurrency/shift-executables/tree/master/Shift-v0.3.0Once i run it then i am able to run the shift GUI wallet and now it is downloading blockchain . I suggest to have siftcoin wiki for new users as there is no proper user guide for shiftcoin wallet and mining etc. Also the blockexplorer does not work ? May be community bounty would be helpful pushing up this coin future. That's what I've explained^^ Wiki and guide weren't accurate for new versions, so have been removed, but we'll make new ones for sure. As for the block explorer, it's on track. We have the server, we have the block explorer working in local, it's just not working on the server. Thank you for your respond. Would you mind to direct me where i can down load the working CLI as well as GUI wallet. The one i am using is not working at all as there is no peer to download the blockchain and throwing unknown error or Result object undefined in IPC response for request: personal_listAccountTransactions Otherwise i have to wait for the new MIST ? |

I am really glad that I made the right decision to pull out all my cryptos from Cryptsy before the exchange collapse. It was the only right decision i made since I jumped on various cryptos back 2012  . I am the happy man |
