21  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pedophilia on: February 06, 2018, 07:00:45 PM
Pedophiles should be banished to remote islands, like leper colonies.
On these islands they can make their own society and live out their lives peacefully, but there are no children on the island, only other pedophiles.
there is also a coast guard boat circling the island in case they try to leave or somehow acquire children to abuse.
22  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Your Political Views on: February 06, 2018, 06:56:17 PM
Used to be a socialist who wanted Bernie, now a Libertarian who is sad Ron Paul didn't win in '08
23  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Population on: February 04, 2018, 05:34:44 AM
We wouldn't have a population crisis that was putting our planet in jeopardy if we could learn to work in symbiosis with our earth mother rather than be parasites upon her.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best competitors to Ethereum? on: February 04, 2018, 03:26:32 AM
Would definitely have to say NEO is the biggest upcoming competitor of ETH
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top Privacy Coin of 2018? on: February 01, 2018, 07:51:53 AM
DeepOnion is my top pick because the community currently behind it is very active and the development team is implementing many great new features.
Im also very interested in SpectreCoin and PIVX as well though. These three (along with Monero, which is already established) will have the most long term success.
26  Other / Politics & Society / Re: DeepOnion - Ethics And The Future on: January 31, 2018, 07:46:10 AM
If DO accomplishes what I hope, it will be widely accepted by all kinds of merchants and not just for illegal things.
If all payments were completely untraceable, the transactions would be untaxable, then everyone who doesnt like having a percentage of their money stolen at every turn would benefit from a currency such as this.
DO could be huge if enough people are down to fuck the government and banks over big time and keep more of their money.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Robinhood Crypto Trading on: January 29, 2018, 07:28:21 AM
It is definitely good news, I got into trading stocks on robinhood before I got into cryptocurrencies.
Hopefully this will help the mainstream get into crypto even faster.

Interdimensional aliens - yes

Space aliens - maybe
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: People paying $1200 for 1 Ethereum are crazy... You only get rich buying CHEAP on: January 27, 2018, 11:38:23 PM
I could see ETH at 5k to 7k by the end of 2018.

Alternately, NEO could be 1k to 1.5k by the end of 2018.

ETH probably wont appreciate as fast as some alt coins, but ETH is relatively stable and I believe will increase over the course of the year.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HODL or SELL during dip??? on: January 27, 2018, 11:29:13 PM
I say buy during the dip, and sell when it hits new all time highs
31  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What are the reasons to support war? on: January 25, 2018, 08:30:32 AM
Reasons that war is a good idea (that I can think of):
1.) You own shares in defense companies & war means profits
2.) You are a politician trying to use war as a means to political ends
3.) You are in the military and your job depends on the existence of an external threat
4.) You are sadistic, depressed, nihilistic, or wrathful and therefore you revel in death and chaos
32  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Guns - Why do we need them? on: January 24, 2018, 07:39:31 PM
The people need to be armed because if the government is allowed to have a monopoly on violence the people will be soon oppressed, historically speaking.
33  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do you think about being Vegetarian/Vegan ? on: January 24, 2018, 07:31:27 PM
I was raised a flesh eating savage, but now I'm going vegan.

Its hard to start, I still cheat a little bit but I'm weaning myself off the bullshit.

I feel much healthier ever since I started being mindful of what I eat. I used to get sick fairly often and since I haven't been sick once  Grin
34  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to overcome depression? on: January 23, 2018, 08:44:19 PM
Psychedelics like Magic Mushrooms and LSD can cure depression. It worked for my younger brother.  Grin

35  Other / Meta / Re: Forum ranks/positions/badges (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?) on: January 23, 2018, 08:32:43 PM
The formula for activity calculation was a bit confusing to me at first, but to all the newbies out there, I've learned that 1 post or comment = 1 activity, essentially.
The best way to get activity is just to be active and post a few things every day.

Hope this helps someone Smiley
36  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which coin do you like best except bitcoin? Litecoin?DOGE coin? on: January 23, 2018, 08:28:04 PM
Ethereum, Litecoin, NEO, DeepOnion and IOTA are all worth looking into IMHO

37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018's Top 5 Alt Coins? on: January 23, 2018, 08:20:03 PM
NEO

DeepOnion

Ethereum

Litecoin

and possibly Spectrecoin

is what I'm looking at hodling through 2018

Ripple looks promising too, but I don't really like banks.

When I think of the Philippines, I think of islands, temples and cute boats. Would love to visit some time.
39  Economy / Economics / Re: why do people agree to pay taxes? on: January 22, 2018, 11:23:19 PM
Any good or service the government can provide, the free market can provide more efficiently.

Government is just lazy middle man in most cases. They don't build the roads or schools, they pay private companies to, but the government takes a cut.
And the gov makes a ton of dumb rules, and then pay themselves for it with money they took from you by force. how shitty is that?

Right now the money goes: People >> Government >> Companies

It should be: People >> Companies

Anything worth having is worth paying for yourself.
If you wouldn't pay for it, that is quite a statement because it means that good or service is worthless.
40  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: One more leg down - price to 8000 - 9000 area? on: January 22, 2018, 10:44:48 PM
I'm with you, OP

I haven't sold any, Ive been buying & hodling since November, and just learning about more cryptos along the way.
These market fluctuations seem fairly standard and I plan to keep everything I have until the end of 2018 at least.
I'm quite excited to buy at lower prices.  Grin
