Im out not going to mine it anymore, 13000% increase in diff. already. No nodes, no ports. Seems like insider info only.
I will avoid in future this pool. Sorry dev's you had to make this experience at launch, unfortunately most coins making this experience. best solution: official pool.
Good luck
You can UP your own pool and mining for yourself.

And how are you supposed to do that without connection info?
How are people even solo mining without nodes? rpcport, port? all missing. If you dont have this info you cant solo mine, so makes it look like insider only
EDIT: nvm, sourcecode lists everything. lession learned.

where is this info located in the source code?, I'm on GitHub but cant seem to find it

Yes pool was and leave  Wink Solo mining so hard! May be few hours

rest cannot find

where would I look for this in the source code if I may ask

can someone give me a hand restoring my wallet from a backup.dat file. i reinstalled wallet on new computer and have the .dat file but im not sure how to recover my wallet in the program. it has not finished syncing yet though so could that pose a problem
Wait until the wallet is synced, you should see your balance.

this is a new computer, i  just installed the wallet program how would it know my balance on a new pc without wallet data?

i tought you replaced the wallet.dat with the backup.
Do it if not.

xD thats what im asking, how do you go about doing that. ive used bitcoin armory where they have a process in the software to upload a backup and retrieve transactions and so on.

do i need to physically place this in the directory and if so where ?

Check in this directory C:\Users\YourUserName\Appdata\Roaming\ if you are using Windows.
Search for Procurrency and replace the wallet.dat

Thank you

does anyone have an estimate on the Rapture coin i can make with a 1080ti in a 24 hr period

just under 1/2 of a coin if your card works the same as mine.  I paced at 2.4 coins in 24 hours with six 1080 TIs.  I have yet to mine a full 24 hours though, so just an estimate.

thank you, i have 4 1080ti, one 1060 and one 1070 so i guess ill be close behind you, now im just worried im spending my time mining a valueless coin. i assume there is no info on the price it will start at once at the exchange.

i am wondering if my 1080Ti rig should be used to mine this, i read about the asic mining and wanted to verify if GPU is pretty much useless with this coin at this point

I was using 1 MH to mine on a pool a bit during the last few days, you will still earn something.

A brief explanation of the Dynamic Block Reward formula:

If you would like to start mining with the least amount of power as possible for the most profit: you can join a pool when the network difficulty is high and the net-hashrate is low, this will cause the block reward to increase in value!

If you decide to start mining with a lot of hash-power during a time of low difficulty:
the block reward will decrease in value making it very difficult to earn a profit for your extreme efforts. Not to mention by doing so, you drive the difficulty up significantly, and if that triggers a pool's auto-coin switching script to move onto another alt-coin, then your mining efforts in terms of increased revenue will actually go to the workers who remain on the network consistently.

What is something, not to come off rude, i was hoping to acquire enough for a masternode in a reasonable time and the rig i have is x4 1080ti x1 1060 and x1 1070
