21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull market is almost here on: February 20, 2019, 01:56:04 PM
The future is certainly bright for cryptocurrencies at the moment and it just seems like everything is falling in place at precisely the right time.
Bitcoin ETF is coming up, Bakkt launch is also around the corner, Ethereum Constantinople hardfork is almost here, JP Morgan who public criticized cryptocurrency last year is launching their own JPM coin which will be the first cryptocurrency backed by a major bank in the world,  and the timeline has been set for the next bitcoin halving.

The bull market is not so far off again

I believe so too. What i hope is that it will not be long or there is a bigger dip manipulation by crypto before a bull run will take place.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google keyboard with bitcoin symbol and ethereum on: February 20, 2019, 01:45:00 PM
this was a funny find where Google twitter handle says they don't believe in legality or long term viability of the altcoins such as ETH

That is a bold and interesting move that he is making. I am sure google does not want to include a symbol og ethereum is because ethereum have not prove itself yet and once people see the incredible value in ethereum they will value it more.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO Dying ? on: February 15, 2019, 12:42:04 PM
I am Bounty  Hunter and For past one Month  i have notice something which is beyond my thinking .. I have been participating any many bounty  but right what i notice is that  ICO  project is really straggle to reach  soft-cap  whilst STO  are reaching hard cap . Are people forgetting about ICO and Moving Into STO ?

I does not think so. From what i know is that some ICO is still able to make folds when they are out in exchange what i think is that maybe people are more careful in choosing ICO now.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful of strange projects on: February 15, 2019, 12:40:09 PM
Guys, it have come to my notice that some criminal minded guys are busy creating tokens and using it to defraud people, example of those tokens are *ripple classic, stellar classic, eos classic*, becareful guys and don't fall victim to their sweet mouth, they are busy listing them  in almost exchanges and using that to brainwash guy.... Becareful and guard ur money like ur whole life depends on it

That is good of you to notify the committee of this scam and i greatly appreciate it, may i know where can i find more information or why do you think they are scams and not other altcoins that can moon too?
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Rewards- Stakes based or fixed tokens allocation based on: February 15, 2019, 12:37:47 PM
Hallo everyone,

Now a days I am seeing many projects are running their bounty program not with stakes based but with fixed tokens allocation for each campaign per week.
I see, from bounty Hunter's perspective not good reward system as we receive less tokens. Even though the number of participants are less, there is no chance to get higher rewards, which is possible with stakes based allocation.
What are your views on this?
Thanks.

Previously there was a thread regarding stakes or fixed token allocation and i think maybe more people prefer to get fixed instead of stakes and ICO change their way of distribution. I will prefer fixed although i know that your concern is we are not able to get more tokens even when there is lesser hunters but if there is more hunters our profit is lesser.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP really better than ETH??? on: February 14, 2019, 12:53:00 PM
Is the XRP really better than ETH ?? can be seen now ETH descends to TOP 3 sites https://coinmarketcap.com and XRP goes up to TOP 2. how do you think it is true XRP is better than ETH

I does not agree to how you categories XRP and ETH ETH might drop on its ranking but that does not means it is of a lower quality compare to XRP it is just a ranking and if XRP is better we will see more and more ICO trying to tap on XRP instead.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency has come to stay on: February 14, 2019, 12:49:33 PM
There is no gainsaying that cryptocurrency is one of the strongest investment platform in the digital world.
Despite all the agitations, media attacks, government attacks and attacks from groups and individuals, yet it is still going.
If cryptocurrency will end, it ought to have ended long before now and would not have survive to see year 2019.
One of the strongest points of cryptocurrency, apart from the technology, is the community.
Instead of the community reducing, it is increasing, because more people are becoming aware of cryptocurrency allover the world. Even if some seem to have taken a break, more people are being added.

I agree to what you say but i will not say that crypto will not end. We know that crypto is form by supply and demand if there is no demand in crypto it will eventually fall.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The crypto market is starting to improve??? on: February 09, 2019, 12:31:45 PM
Hello everybody,  Grin Today the market is green again, will it last for a long time or just an atmosphere of comfort for a moment and then red? How do you respond to the current atmosphere. Thank you for your attention. Wink

Green from last few days indeed can be a sign that market is doing something and indicate that the market might be recovering which is good. But you does not know maybe it is just a trap to trap investors in investing in more money before the next drop which i hope it is not. Observe for awhile first to see how the market reacts to this.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who is the cheater? on: February 09, 2019, 12:28:12 PM
TEAM: The campaign will run from now to.........., the bounty rewards will be distributed 45 days after token sales
GENERAL RULES: One account per person
BOUNTY HUNTERS: joined
 5 telegram account per person
 3 bitcointalk account per person
 5 facebook account per person
 4 twitter account per person
 2 Reddit account per person
 2 LinkedIn account per person

Two days to the end of ICO...
TEAM: Due to some reasons, the ICO will be extended for two weeks
BOUNTY HUNTERS: Can we stop the campaign and remove the signature?
TEAM: No,the campaign will continue to the end of ICO.
BOUNTY HUNTERS: When exchange?
TEAM: We can't discuss exchange now,we will announce when is time.
BOUNTY HUNTERS: When bounty rewards distribution?
TEAM: Wait for announcement here.

After ICO......
BOUNTY HUNTERS: When exchange?
TEAM: We are preparing announcement, wait for it.
BOUNTY HUNTERS: When bounty rewards distribution?
TEAM: We will announce here just stay tune.
TEAM: Our coin will be listed on....... on .....
BOUNTY HUNTERS: When bounty rewards distribution?
TEAM: We will announce here just stay tune

After listing...

BOUNTY HUNTERS: When bounty rewards?
TEAM: We will give the announcement in days.

After coin dumped...
TEAM: The bounty rewards will be distributed in 3 weeks.

      Bounty hunters using multiple account,
Dev and team delaying bounty rewards until it worth nothing.
     Then who is the cheater?

I believe both bounty hunter and ICO can be cheater. Looking at the big picture i think that if ICO cheat the ICO is affecting bounty hunters and investors , whereas on the other hand if a bounty hunter cheat at most give the hunter a few account and if they did not cheat someone else will take the rewards from the ICO so i think that ICO cheating more serious than hunter cheating.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the ICO culture dead already? on: February 08, 2019, 11:41:59 AM
Forgive me if I’m living under a cave, but I haven’t heard any news about the promising ICO’s in a long time. Maybe you bounty hunters will have a better idea. Apart from the scams posted for the fake ICO’s, I don’t see any interesting projects like Dao, Liks or Waves these days. If you have any such projects to share, please list them down below.

I also experience a lot of scams ICO these days and those ICO i participate in stops halfway and not continue which is wasting all my effort. Personally i does not see any promising ICO at the moment and i will bookmark this thread as well.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help a newbie on: February 08, 2019, 11:37:49 AM
How do you tell the bear is over...

The past few days we've all seeing a gradual increase in the price of bitcoin and other alternative coins.. is this the buttom??

Are we all looking at a new bull run in progress??

No one even the expert will know when will a new bull run start the most is prediction and prediction is not 100% what i assume is that the bull run might start middle of 2019 but it is just my thinking and might not be true.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy now or wait? on: February 08, 2019, 11:35:44 AM
Hi, i am wondering if i should buy a little bit of top 20 coins at current prices, 8th dec 2018, or wait until the market gets lower. What do you guys do?

I have bought the current dip, or at least... when market cap was still around 120 billion usd. Following my policy to buy after huge drops only, i planned to buy the next dip if market cap is around 60 billion usd. But should i not buy the current dip twice? Because what if the bakkt launching next month is succesful? What if it gets followed up by the ETF getting approval in the february sec-decision? What if it all comes paired with new developments that occur? Is this a realistic scenario for short-term?

What would you do, if you were following my plan/policy? I don't buy with large amounts so i can take some losses, what do you think is best?

My advise is that you should try to stick to Dollar Cost Averaging and not buying large amount at just a dip. This is also something that i am doing at the moment but beware that even so don't over-trade with all your spare cash.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are lazy on: January 31, 2019, 01:15:49 PM
I just wonder sometimes why hackers would not want to use their time and effort they spend to scam others on doing something meaningful and legit, to earn something worthwhile for themselves, except to rip others of their hard earned money.
Most times, what they even take illegally from others at the end is not used for anything meaningful.
Scammers should desist from this act, because karma is real.
Work and don't be lazy.

Scamming is an easy thing to do and does nor require effort and at the same time scamming can bring them a bigger reward more than being legit in a short period of time.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the time to buy! on: January 31, 2019, 01:13:41 PM
"Buy when there is blood in the streets" "Be greedy when others are fearful"

This is the time to buy if you want to become rich, The top coins are at bargain prices, 200 dollars for an eth, (that is an easy 5x if you hold).

I believe the whales and wall street manipulators have been keeping prices down and shaking out the noobs so they can accumulate for very cheap prices.

This can be the best time to buy potential coins at cheap price but what worry me is there is still a possibility that a bigger plunge will follow, the crypto market is still not recovered from its damage.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Bull run bring about the resurrection of ICOs and dead Altcoins? on: January 31, 2019, 01:09:47 PM
Hello forum members, this question of "Can bull run or bull market bring about the resurrection of good ICOs and also help some good altcoins that are almost dead gain their ground and run their project smoothly?"

How feasible is my reasoning? Kindly shed more lights. Thanks

I assume if there is a bull run it is very possible that it can attract back the previous crypto adopters and most probably new crypto adopter most people go into crypto is for the profit.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So I told my banker about bitcoin on: January 30, 2019, 02:22:32 PM
My bankers told me, I need to help them to create an bitcoin wallet and hand it to them, and they’re too busy to learn it and it’s very difficult to use, they don’t believe cash would die, they deal with thousands of clients everyday who need bankers to create banking account for them, and they know a lot of people, despite having a smart phone, are not good enough to use the phone for simple online banking, they are only good enough to make phone calls with a smart phone, they don’t even know how to send texts to friends, they don’t believe their clients are capable to create their own bitcoin wallet and use it as cash, their clients would always come to them for help with their banking problem, and bitcoin didn’t provide any help as friendly as banker, it’s why it would fail to gain their attention. And more shockingly, they’re talking about their clients as young as 20-30s, they’re not gonna learn to use bitcoin, only a handful of very young people are tech savvy enough to use smartphone to their fullest, the rest of them are just like our grandma dealing with smartphone.

I am sure that cash will be able to survive even though i am a pro crypto, cash is there for many years and taking it down will not be as easy as what we think. Crypto is still a technology thing and i am not surprise that, there is still a vast majority of people is still not a crypto ready person even with a smartphone.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Related Crimes Surge on: January 30, 2019, 02:14:34 PM
From murders to kidnappings, it seems criminals are targetting Bitcoin hodlers these days. Now why is it that individuals are more careful with fiat than they are with crypto. This is money and more people (even crooks) are realizing that. I read this analysis of Bitcoin related crimes and think we should think of ways of keeping our crypto safe and our lives also. https://cryptoinfowatch.com/cryptocurrency-crimes-surge-as-industry-strives-for-greater-adoption/

Crooks target bitcoins as bitcoins is anonymous and they can mask their identity easily on the other hand this also can means bitcoins still have its value there.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why does coins change price constantly? on: January 24, 2019, 03:34:38 PM
Why does coins prices fluctuate so much and it is never been constant making predicting price much harder and much riskier and holding on to coins can be the best way right now.

why does it change prices constantly and never stagnant?

Crypto users know that since crypto is a decentralize investment which means the price is totally depends on the users alone and most probably the big fluctuation of price is caused by the speculator and fear in human .
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think ethereum is the best crypto next to bitcoin. on: January 24, 2019, 02:33:00 PM
I am sure ethereum is the next best crypto to Bitcoin now. Please emphasize on the word now although crypto is an investment but this investment depend heavily on technology and who knows maybe stellar or some other coins come out with a more powerful technology and there goes ethereum.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding a bag of useless illiquid tokens like me? on: January 23, 2019, 03:53:18 PM
I am holding a bag of useless illiquid tokens. So do millions of other people in our community. We must do something about it! So I decided to Pick up the gauntlet. I’m having meetings with projects leaders, big companies, and trading platform, trying to find the best solution for all of us. Would love to hear your situation, thoughts, and ideas.

I assume there is nothing we can do especially for bounty hunters and airdrop hunters, for investors they can sell off a particular point easily as they have the volume but for bounty hunters the amount of the coins we get are getting might not be a substantial amount to sell it in an exchange
