When the bounty thread was launched, it was already in the middle of the week. So, First Week would be counted from 1st February to 11th February. After that period, Week 2, 3 and other consecutive weeks would be counted from Each Sunday to Saturday and Stakes would be allocated on Each Sunday (First week stakes would be allocated on 11th February for the period of February 1st to 11th).

Currently, all of the lending platforms work (or used to work LIIKE bitconnect) on Fiat Lending System to deliver returns based on Dollar value but at Ricona, we aim to deliver return in initial cryptocurrency of the user (even ONE STEP FURTHER of that, keep exploring).

As far as Legal Registration is concerned, we are in the final phase of filing Registration Papers to The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) OR commonly known as Singapore Registrar  of Companies. Once registration is Confirmed, we will start working on legal documentation process to tie up with Visa and it will take 6+ months to get things on ground level. But we anticipate it would not delay above 10+ months (in worst case scenario), hence mentioned 2018 End, the deadline for RCA Multi Crypto Debit Card launch.
