21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long way to go until bottom... on: February 03, 2018, 12:34:16 AM
sorry but I completely disagree. Blockchain technology is here to stay whether you believe or not. As much as you think money is flowing out of the market more and more companies are entering the space (i.e. Samsung). Prices will follow. Yes a correction is necessary but dont be ignorant and say the market will never rebound because it will.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC down, Market dump. Is this time to buy? on: February 02, 2018, 05:12:43 PM
Buy the dips !!! It really does come down to if you believe in the blockchain tech. If you think this will blow up (which I do) and be used by corporations across all industries there is no way the price of these coins wont follow. I know it's hard but you have to either HODL and not look at crypto for 2 days or buy the dip!
23  Economy / Economics / Re: wait for bitcoin prices to go up on: February 01, 2018, 11:09:18 PM
Markets habitually work in cycles, no reason why it shouldnt turn up positive again. Red January should be over soon !
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency on: February 01, 2018, 09:18:23 PM
Love this post. It's so true, people invest in coins not knowing the power of blockchain. Anytime someone asks me about in crypto I spend the first 10 mins explaining the power of blockchain to all companies. It really is a revolutionary technology that can help the giants of today - Amazon/Google/Facebook will soon incorporate blockchain tech I have no doubt about that. Root for the market growth not a specific coin gorwth.
25  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Better investement right now, bitcoins or Altcoins. on: February 01, 2018, 08:25:48 PM
Always should be a mix! You have to create a portfolio for success. Saying invest in only altcoins or bitcoin is not the right question, rather what % you should invest in each. You should always have a significant portion invested in Bitcoin and/or ETH ~ 30-50%. side note: with ETH market cap approaching BTC, BTC may be an altcoin soon Wink .
26  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: February 01, 2018, 05:25:57 PM
It's crazy this happens to me. I cannot wrap my head around why people sell off after hearing bad news. News is gossip, not a long term solution or change in the market. Everyday there are stories where more and more capital is being pumped into crypto (i.e. Samsung this week). These large corporations are not sticking their necks on the line for something that will crash to 0. The reason there is so much volatility is we operate in a non-liquid market. However, volatility and non-liquidity mean positive upward trends at the same rate as negative downward trends.
27  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Leave full time office job to trade crypto? on: February 01, 2018, 06:17:51 AM
I just quit my office job to have full time in crypto world. I split my time of day to work manything: doing bounty campains, researching good crypto to invest, trading 3 - 4 times per week (not day trading) and may be next time i'll  learn about mining.
Anyone who has been off work like me can share your experiences?

How much money can you actually make doing bounties? It seems so negligible. Im talking less than 10$ an hour maybe if that? Am I wrong here?

29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The next big coin in your opinion? on: January 31, 2018, 06:52:44 PM
Depends on what you're looking for right. If you men biggest by the quickest return you can try to find a less developed coin that may pump soon and no experience a lot of long term growth. Over the next year or so it really is all about the protocols and which platforms will separate themselves as the elite alongside Ethereum
30  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to start trading with a very small amount on: January 30, 2018, 06:03:34 PM
If you are starting out small, I'd recommend practicing on the side. Write down a portfolio of coins maybe 8-10 that you would consider making an entry point, track those coins and see in a month where you would be at if you had invested a decent stake of $$. With the small amount you have now, wait, assess the market and find a good entry point for the big plays- BTC, ETH, or other protocols that are lower risk than the alts, that way you can slowly build your portfolio $$ value and start to spread into alts.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [BTCP] BitcoinPrivate: A Truly Private Bitcoin [Equihash] on: January 30, 2018, 04:11:18 PM
Z classic is currently down 10%. I think we're in an interesting market position where alts are being corrected and because revenue isnt flowing in from alts to be able to reinvest, alot of people are keeping their money in btc for the fork anyway. Why buy ZCL with BTC.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why many altcoin is important on: January 30, 2018, 06:08:53 AM
Interesting point on this. I also think competition for the same function is needed. Whenever, there is disruption in the market there should never be only one leading company. For example with Facebook came twitter, snapchat etc. all competing for the same entertainment factor, but also co-existing in the space. Yeah one protocol will probably lead the charge, it may be ETH, or NEO etc. , but they can all coexist as well and be successful.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be patient for your profit on: January 28, 2018, 09:39:58 PM
Think this is a great point. Alot of success comes through patience. It takes multiple waves for a coin to take off. Even if your coin rises 10% it will hit sell walls and fall before spiking up again. If the market doesn't grow organically in this way then I would be even more terrified being in it. Slow growth is sustained growth
