I think the agency for ICO rating is definitely paid to make a good rating, not all review agencies and ICO ratings are honest to do reviews. Sometimes I find one or more ICOs with a rating of more than 4 but after the ICO ended the project disappointed the investor or became a SCAM project. Unless the agency is really unpaid I think they provide honest reviews without offering a price at all

I would not do that in your place. It would have been better to be safe. And to create a portfolio of at least three tokens. Invest in one project is tantamount to try your luck. Not know why but i did sell all my alts today. And bought Tron TRX for them all. Now i hold a nice amount of TRX 

MC is down to 280b today and the market not going anywhere soon. So i decided to buy the hype around TRX and move all my $ to this coin. Know this can be risky but if the price go up just a few cents i will make a nice profit.
