So what point of those advanced tools if you can't see the order book!

you can't restart a blockchain, because it requires to hard coding all the unspent outputs in all Bitcoin clients the moment the reset takes place. Having that said, we can just compress the old blocks to reduce blockchain size.

I think this is not going to happen, basically, because this is not an ICO bounty. Companies don't create such a public group chat unlike ICOs projects. Companies prefer to communicate individually with their customers through support service.

Two things must be added in next update, the order book widget that allows user to see others traders position, the possibility to make normal trade without any leverage. When you put advanced tools on your platform, don't take basic tools like the order book !

It's not ICO project, it's final product, they are looking for customers and not investors, the platform is already live. the point of this giveaway competition is to gain new customers through referrals program, they are expecting to gain money through fees, so it can share it with affiliate partners.

It's not a ponzi scheme at all !! you just saw that scheme and you thought about Ponzi scheme ! It's referral competition, no one is going to invest a cent, not you, not your referrals. It used almost in every platform, even Coinbase has Referrals Program.

There is PrimeXBT Trading Support Services on website when you can send your questions, however it's slow and don't reply quickly and most the time. either away or offline, I think they need an active one since the platform is new and all new customers will ask question and face problems. Support Service is what make good impression or bad impression for the new customers.

You are missing one important point here, There is no token to be dumped in first place. The prize will be paid in Bitcoin, Therefore they should pay with max of one week after March 10th, specially it's referrals program that done though the website, no spreadsheet.

Did hear people talking about team when they talk about exchange like Bittrex !! it's brand! final product and service, we talk about employee, support service, the platform in term of coding is usually made by a programming company etc. It's different from ICO project, when we talk about team, because there are number of people that don't have money join together to make a company and product and they ask for money from investors as investment, those investors need to make community to support the project and be in contact with the team because they invested their money in it, they are not customers.
In our case, we are customers, who cares if they are busy or not, we only know the support service which is responsible for receiving customers complains and the only job it does. 
I don't disrespect anybody, I just make the things right, so people stop confusing between ICO project and final product and company, between customer and investor.

That's not true, for example waves is much more easier than Ethereum and even cheap. The main point why most projects pick up Etheuem over the others is because of its popularity, reputation without forgetting there was a big hype that ethereum could end up superpass bitcoin in some point in future which is unlikely to happen now.
