It makes sense now. Charging another $5 was looking like you were charging 1% from both- input and output. Glad that it isn’t. Otherwise, everything looks good and specially NO KYC policy. I'm using coinplaza at the moment if swap required but will soon try out nakitcoins too.

While I really like the NO KYC policy OR you are not going to freeze fund, I didn’t get any relation or logical things with the fee charge.
Imagine, I'm sending 0.01 BTC for USDT. How much I have to pay? 1% BTC which is $3 almost now + $5 USDT. You already have chraged 1% on the BTC amount and again charging processing fees, exchange trade fees etc. This is I think ridiculous. There are other services, exchanges which will charge far lower than you.
And of course you should add more pair instead of all tied into BTC only.

Yes! Well in your case 0.01BTC (= $297 at current rate) we would first charge 1% wich is equivalent to $2.97 for the (exchange) + ($3 fix) not $5 (processing "mining" fees) on the BTC-USDT PAIRS so you would have received ( $291). It's might be high (for low value transaction under $200) but for the moment it can't be another way since we actually use a third party plateform (through API) to send out the Tether, and this is exactly what we are charged for sending out Tether. We hope in near future to drop that fees to something like $1. We expect to add Ethereum and USDT(ERC20) as "Paying" currency within the next 2 weeks, the others coins will follow very quickly. EDIT : After consulting with our Technical Team, it seems like it was a error in displaying the correct mining fees wich is $3 not $5 for BTC-USDT PAIRS (the backend was by the way only charging $3 for mining fees) |

The fee seems high. I just have checked BTC to USDT which charges 1% commission + 5 USDT fee. In case of a small transaction, it’s a few times higher. Why would you charge your commission and 5 USDT extra? USDT processing fee?
And the swap service you are offering isn’t swap actually, at least I would not call that swap. You are allowing sending BTC only and receive other coins. What if I want to send LTC and receive BTC? I can't see any such option or I'm missing anything?
Suggestion, in this OP, edit the image with your website link. I was trying to get the url which was at the beginning but I didn’t notice. A clickable link works better of course.
Hi, Our fees for the ( NC SWAP) service is just 1% + mining fees for all pairs. I know that some Big Names* in the market advertise a lower commission rates like (0.5% or even 0%) but at the end, they usually do charge more than what was advertised on the estimation part. At the opposite of the competitors, WE DO NOT BLOCK OR FREEZE USERS FUNDS to ask KYC. As soon as the BTC sent reach 1 confirmation, the system automatically release your new Crypto. By using our service it is somehow the GUARANTEE to be "HEADACHE FREE" by this kind of event. Concerning the BTC-USDT PAIRS, i must agree that our offer might be less interesting for the one that want to carry small value transactions since there is a $5-> $3 fix (Processing fees) + the 1% fees (Exchange). But for some accounting related issues, we prefer avoiding low value transactions for this PAIR since USDT is bonded to USD PARITY. We hope in the near future to lower $5-> $3 fix commission in order to makes it more accessible for users wishing to carry low value transactions. To answer your question, our NC SWAP has been launched just few weeks ago, it is a part of our ongoing effort to diversify our company services by opening a new online service accessible to anyone/anywhere. The least you can Withdraw is 10€ (since we are giving out only bank note)... Prior visiting us, i advise to open an account/wallet and do the exchange anytime you wish, it will credit your EURO account. |
