    经Gridseed批准，特针对近一周内发货（3月13日起）的订单客户，按3月13日起至今的购买量每套可获得400元优惠券一张，可在购买新批次现货时使用，有效期为3月27日，仅限本人使用（发货地址不能修改）。

提供更优质的服务，并让更多有志之士与我们共同成长，我们即日起正式招募二级分销代理商。


一、分销代理商可享受的利益
1、可享受低于或等同大客户折扣拿货，按到款时间顺序排队发货。
分销代理商一次性提货200台、500台、1000台，可享受不同提货折扣，详询分销专员。
（注：DigInForce会阶段性调整提货折扣。当前的折扣力度较大，只是针对本周预售阶段。）


2、经认证的分销代理商，Gridseed和DigInForce会分别在官网公示，并链接。
3、月度矿机提货量大于2000台，将有返利奖励。
4、当地市场表现卓越者，有机会晋升为地区总代理（独家）。
5、DigInForce的优先技术支持和售后支持。


二、成为分销代理商的条件
1、身份认证。
①个人申请代理商，需提交身份证正反面照片、银行帐号（户名需与身份证一致）、座机电话、通信地址、手机号码、电子邮箱、常用QQ号


。
②公司申请代理商，需提交企业营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证的彩色扫描件或照片，法人身份证正反面照片，办公地址及办公室照片（至少有一张是带公司标志的实景照片），银行开户信息、座机电话、公司网址、联系人、手机号、电子邮箱、常用QQ号。
2、先款后货，按阶梯折扣付支付全款。
3、缴纳保证金。如发现违规行为，包括但不限于，公开低价竞争，被客户投诉，对客户预收款后却不兑现承诺等事实，保证金将被扣除，并可能被取消分销资格。
4、具有技术支持和对矿友提供优质服务的能力。个人代理商最好有自己的团队，和固定的办公场所。
5、具有帮助Gridseed和DigInForce进行市场推广的能力。
6、承诺维护Gridseed品牌和产品的市场秩序，接受DigInForce对分销商的管理，并确认以下文字：


本人（本公司）申请成为Gridseed的二级代理分销商，承诺将严格遵守Gridseed和DigInForce的市场管理制度，严格遵守统一的价格政策，维护客户利益，维护Gridseed和DigInForce的声誉。


三、分销代理商申请流程
1、填写分销代理商申请表（见附件）发送至sales@diginforce.com，如曾经提交过则略过此步。
2、联系分销专员QQ2662730739，或QQ2825230339，提交身份认证材料。
3、得到审核通过的通知后，用电子邮件提交订货单（找分销专员索取），并支付全款。首次提货需缴纳保证金。第二次提货，如一次性提货量达到新的阶梯，需补缴保证金差额；如有因违规导致部分保证金扣除，则还需补缴保证金。否则无需再次缴纳保证金。
4、DigInForce分销专员确认收款到账后，通知仓库发货，并在官网及其他媒体上公示。


四、分销代理商退出流程
1、邮件提交分销合作终止申请表。
2、联系分销专员。
3、分销专员审核身份和合作终止申请后，核算保证金余额，退返保证金。
4、官网及其他媒体上公告分销合作终止。
