My ticket closed without any response... I re-opened it again... assuming they don't work in weekends.
Hope some1 can look into it on monday.

Kraken is best exchange at the moment. Safe and fast.

I have bad experience with BTC-e lately, Mt.Gox is ok for me so far although withdrawing money takes ages.

I have two succesfull SEPA payments to BTC-e recently.
Unfortunately I'm still waiting for my account verification, I opened a ticket and sent only my ID, the costumer service replied that they needed utility bill as well... I 've sent that but no response yet (one week ago now)
