Possible to get the 100,000 NYC without physically being there?

I see no obvious contender to bitcoin yet, besides ethereum. But I will still keep my main stash in bitcoin until I see an obvious change happening.

So how can we buy some dagcoins now... like right now!
P.S. - dagcoin sounds a lot like dogecoin... you should call the coin "Dag" and in a plural sense they can affectionately be referred to as "Dags"...
im not sure it is actually on any exchanges yet

I agree with both. I am holding it for over a year as an asset. Nobody does that with the dollar, the dollar inflates itself and is just used to pay for stuff. but I could also use bitcoin to pay for stuff too

Banned? What bitcoin? Oh yeah, lost them in a "boating accident"

You guys have a telegram group, I didn't see any, would love to sit around and chat on that.

Hilarious that doge isn't even really trying, its just a fun joke, and yet it's still here, and slightly pumped since it came out.

The only way I event trust a vanity address like this is if I can compile from an open source code that is heavily reviewed and do it offline.

Why not wait until $5k to make a post like this

You must sign a signature so we can verify that you own the private keys of that address. Does it really matter? If I have to get the account back, I'll just sign a band new message to prove it is my address, otherwise the hacker can just copy whatever message I pasted here. Posting a signed message is completely pointless.

Segwit2x is such an obvious hardfork that has alternative reasoning. Just look at how it works, segwit was designed in a very creative way to be a softfork and not touch any legacy nodes that only allow 1mb blocks, meanwhile segwit nodes can accept up to 4mb blocks from the added witness data, even though we should only see an average of 2mb. All that segwit2x does, is the same thing, except double all the sizes, which requires a hard fork. Literally, what is the point of going through all the hard work segwit went through to AVOID a hard fork, just to end up DOING the hardfork anyways!??!

Just do your research of the ico's that interest you, the threads and sites will give plenty of information about the ico, and the background of the all the people in the team. Sometimes a coin can also be a great idea, but honestly, it's not what is best, it's just what people are willing to put their money in (at least if you are in it for gains). A good factor for this is when there is a very large growing base and community. If I were you, I would start off with bitcoin first, then ethereum, then other altcoins. From there, start looking at some ico, read and understand the whitepaper, devs, etc. Afterwords, put your money where your gut says and hope for the best. And dont forget to HODL.

Bookmarked. How much can we expect the ico to go for $$? Should have titled this a s a pre-announcement

I win either way. Either I get another chance to buy some cheap coins, or I get to watch my net worth go to the moon.

You could use bittrex, hitbtc, localbitcoins, bitfinex with a vpn I think. There are plenty of ways as long as you don't touch the usd fiat. The fiat is where the laws start to come into play and you have to verify. Only a few exchanges do large volume with fiat, with no verification, like btc-e, but they are closed down now.

If you are not tech savy and are not good at security, or you are lazy, use coinbase vault. If you are tech savy, get a trezor, paper wallet, or offline laptop for signing transactions.

I havn't looked too much into all these altcoins yet, I just came back into the scene, but deeponion seems pretty good so far. Good dev team, good community backing, and it's free. But that's just my initial view so far.

Wait, is this why ethereum is forking, because someone hacked 32mil?? Or is there some other underlying reason? Or is there even a hardfork at all, all I have heard is rumors.
