I think the most "user friendly" solution would be for C-CEX to buy the amount of XVG they owe the users from somewhere else using profits and let the users withdraw their XVG from this new pool.

Indeed. After 2 months of silence, we are offered a deal to get the same price as it was, when we bought it. I tried to move my XVG immediately after buying, to my own wallet to secure them. This is no way to run a business. Everything sounds very fishy and unbelievable. I don't buy it, that they just lost everything, no backups or anything. I really hope someone can find out the owners. Has anyone contacted Payeer or others they are accompanied with, if someone could give information about the owner?

Omg.. I knew we lost all XVG....refund program... that’s another story like previous holidays..

I knew something is wrong, but didn't expect something as big as this. The silence, avoiding questions, vacation and all the other things that has happened, doesn't make them feel to be trusted. We'll see what happens, but doesn't look very good so far from their side, and how they have handled everything. Very unprofessional.

and how can i log to my account im from germany and i can't reach the c-cex site?

if they put the website down, not only Verge users have lost money, but all other currencies will vanish.. I don't know if it's a good solution..

The registrar did not c-cex deliberately. They will come back online with another domain/solution for Europe (but now we can report it everytime needed) and suspend it. What are the other solutions i feel like i'm the only one who try to bring something.
Do you really think after these 2 months we will get something back?  Huh Hope is not really a strategy face it they don't even answer to us deliberately and you can list hundreds of scams from them and all their system is designed to hide.
And what other solutions do we have?

Yeah, I agree. Hurt them where it hurts the most. And people tend to not care "as long as they don't have the problem". By making it everyone's problem, at least the public opinion towards C-CEX being d-bags grows.

Has the site gone completely offline now? Can't access it at all anymore. I have little sum of XVG in their wallet too. I'm so glad I did only a test buy and bought most of it elsewhere, after the C-Cex wallet got closed at Christmas.

Hi there, anyone here withdrown the XVG from Yobit exchange? Please advice Embarrassed

So there's problems with Yobit as well. I can't help you with that, but I hope C-Cex will do something for their XVG wallet as well. My coins has been stuck at there, since Christmas. They don't answer questions and nothing seems to change. They are having big amount of other wallets in maintenance mode as well. Cannot really recommend that exchange, at the moment.

hitbtc has the decimal limit set improperly. you can buy but you will be paying 100x over the current asking price everywhere else.
Etherdelta, hib8 have prices closer to reality. most of the volume is on ED at the moment.

Thank you very much for your answer. I didn't know it's listed on some other exchanges as well. Etherdelta feels quite complicated, but hib8 seems like a good solution for me. I think I will try my luck with that one.

Anyone has any thought on our starbase investments on hitbtc? Several people really afraid to get kicked in the nuts, no sell price, no volume, buy price is 0.01 eth, im in for 0.5eth gg

I'm in the same boat. I bought starbase coins from hitbtc at.01 eth and I have no idea what the company decides to do to resolve the issue. I will be pissed if they just pocket all of that profit. Angry

pocket all the profit? you do realise that you bought from other users like you and me right? not from starbase, the company, or hitbtc. down the line the issue will be fixed, more decimal places will be added, but your purchase is done. theres no resolution coming.

But will we still get the amount of coins with the same value of our investment, that's what we all want to know. Will they add decials to our coins or to the eth value, and if the eth value, will we get the amount off coins we deserve for 0.5 eth, whitch now equals 50 coins but if the price becomes 0.0005eth for a coin, will we get .5eth worth of coins.

I dont care that i cant trade now, i think it's a great product but i dont want to end up with 50coins worth 2 dollars while we invested 500 euro for 50 coins.

My first post around here. I have an  account at HitBTC and lately found out about starbase. I was just thinking about buying some, as I found it's listed at there. I started to wonder why isn't the price moving anywhere and then I found this thread. So there is some kind of a problem and I shouldn't buy right now, or what is the situation?
