And now it looks like the market has started falling back asleep again  The prices are now going back down and coins are going back in the red again which is heartbreaking. I know that this is probably due to a lot of people dumping their coins once they saw that the price has gone up a bit and the demand is not enough yet so the prices are falling again.

Ethereum is a better coin than litecoin. A lot of things are going to be run on the ethereum blockchain in the future and that is something that would help to kick up the price of ethereum in the future. Holding ethereum long term is better than holding litecoin longterm. Ethereum is more likely to last longer and will grow more than litecoin and most of the coins in the future.

The coins will never be stable at any time. Volatility if one of the defining characteristics of cryptocurrencies at this point and waiting for it to be stable is waiting for something that will never happen. The price will recover if that is what you are asking and you have nothing to worry about and as long as you are patient then you are good but you need to understand that there is no such thing as stability when it comes to cryptos.

Of course. The price of Ethereum is boosting up quite high as of late, but in reality cryptocurrency markets overall, including ETH are ina  huge slump at the moment and the bottom line is any investment right now is going to pay huge dividends in the long run... even just a few years if you just have patience and HOLD, then you will reap the rewards very soon.

Just from reading the title it's obvious this is bullcrap. Another altcoin talking a big game that's going to get REKT by the KING ------ BITCOIN. lol Bitcoin is king and altcoin founder hate it, but it's going to stay that way forever whether they like it or not, so they better get used to it!

OP it does look like you are onto something with your analysis at this point. With every increase in price in bitcoin and other coins, which only lasts a week at best, the dip that follows has always lasted several weeks with little to no recover. This is a new trend though and I would not be surprised to see this trend change in the next month because that is what always happens with bitcoins and cryptos.

It is the best to do long term investments and especially if you are a newbie who does not understand how the market and the prices work yet because going into trading is not the best thing for a newbie to do so you do not end up losing all of your money. With long term investments, as long as you have your coins, then you always stand to make money from the coins that you are holding.

This is one of the worst things that are happening in the market right now. There are so many newbies in the market and none of them bother to do any research into the coins that they are investing in and they are doing so simply for the hype. Once they see a coin being hyped by a lot of people, they start to think that it is the best project and put money in it. this is why so many people still get scammed.

Please we already have a large number of useless coins in the market right now and the last thing we want to do is give people the ability to make more useless coins in less than a minute and push them into the market. People have turned creating new cryptocurrencies into a money making scheme and this is what will actually bring about the downfall of cryptos in the future.

Sure looks like it, that is if the developers and the team behind it can figure out exactly what they want to happen to dogecoin as a crypto, until then the price of dogecoin will just continue to lag behind and I say this with much pain in my heart because I invested in the coin too and would really not want to see it fail. It just needs a little push in the right direction and the coin will take off.

I am even tempted to say a hundred percent of airdrops are scams. You would do better investing the time that you put into signing up for airdrops, into signing up for a signature campaign and devoting your time to making the required post counts weekly. I have never gotten paid by the airdrops I have participated in but I have always been paid by the signature campaigns.

People believed in the pump because they believed that bitcoin would do well. I too am expecting in the market to go up in prices this year. 2018 is a good year for cryptos and they will most likely go into another bull market this year. A pump is most likely to happen again this year because it has been done before and it wouldn't take much to make it happen again

Why not both? I trade from time to time and not always because I have a full time job so I cannot give it a lot of time. I also buy into ICOs when I find a good one with a very good project. Since there is no rule that was out in place that I have to pick one, I just do both when it is the most convenient for me. They are both a good way to make a lot of money if you know what  you are doing.

Mainly just an ICO that will do good and survive long enough for me to make money off of it. An ICO with a coin that caters to specific purpose that has not be done before is the best kind of ICO to put money into and that is the kind of ICO I am looking for to invest in. One with a good road map and a good vision, also one with a good price and good prospects.

I am. Having your coins stolen in a hack is one of the most painful things you can experience as a crypto investor, I have experienced it and I do not wish for a repeat performance. At least if I lose my coins when trading then I know that it was as a result of my own decisions but having them stolen by hackers and not being able to do anything to get them back is the worst so I am afraid of hackers.

Miners are important to any cryptocurrency because without them then your transaction cannot be confirmed on the network. Basically, miners are the ones that keep a network running and make sure that everything runs smoothly. Unless they somehow change it, then miners will always be important to cryptos and they are very much needed or the whole thing stops working.

I agree, some people will see this increase and recovery in price and start thinking that the market will start dropping back down soon but the truth is that we don't even know if this is what is leading us into the next bull market and the people who do not buy now will just end up missing out or panic buying at the height of the market so this is still a good price of ethereum. OP would do well to buy now.

The altcoins I believe will grow a lot this year and the coming years are Ethereum, ripple, NEO and DOGE. Mostly it is just better to stick to the top five or the top ten coins when you are looking to invest in altcoins, don't just pick any altcoin because you think people are investing in it and it might do well. Always pick altcoins based on your own research and your own conclusions and  what other people say.

So sorry for your loss. What you can do now is to learn from whatever mistakes you made by investing in those altcoins and make sure you do not repeat them again. There really is not much you can do but you can try to actually get your points back but making better choices. Lastly, be very careful about the coins that you invest your money into, I cannot stress this enough.

Lol, both are shit coins. One is dying and another one is over priced. With not much development work happening Litecoin doesn't has a bright future and with most of its supply locked and controlled by its creators Ripple is just an overpriced coin.
