21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin for coronavirus on: March 21, 2020, 05:40:37 AM
surely, that would be hype is something that might happen. because judging from the concept, they focus on donations for victims of the corona virus and surely it will get great support from investors. but it will not last long, because if this virus has ended, the hype coin will definitely also end. because bitcoin and etherum will still be the most valuable assets in the crypto market.
I'm pretty sure some people already made coronavirus tokens backed by quantity of people who illed or something.
But you truly are right, there is no future for coin - if virus is defeated then the token won't be "backed" by anything, if virus wins we won't need any coins or tokens anyway.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum going back to under 200$? on: March 09, 2020, 06:27:05 PM
After a long time, Ethereum price increased well but it seems they failed to keep the high zone for a long time. Today Ethereum price decreased more than 25$ and it continues. Just seen an article that Ethereum price may come to 230 to 210$, so, if that happens then under 200$ is not that far!
The price of Etereum depends primarily on the price of BTC. It is said that ETH goes for BTC. But this does not mean anything, since if you invested in ETH for the long term, you just need to wait for its growth. Of course, the price of ETH may drop below 200 USD, but soon it will go up again. The only case where the price of ETH can no longer rise is when the entire crypto industry comes to an end.
You've noticed everything right imo. Whole crypto market is tied up and if it will fall - it will do it as a whole.
and right now every cryptocurrency is claimed as one exact thing (by the majority of people ofc). as long as this impression lives crypto market won't change
23  Economy / Economics / Re: I have Good news for bitcoiners on: March 01, 2020, 08:55:53 AM
I been watching the markets!

Capital Will Move in to Bitcoin the gold stocks equities Capital Will finally flow into crypgo currency!!

According to my analyze btc Price Will Go to 300k.

Right Now people moving their Capital Away from traditional markets in to crypto!

Well dude you've made a mistake I believe. Its gotta be 30k max, but not 300k. Even if all stock market straight up goes to btc it won't boost market cap that much to move price to 300k.
Anyway, I'm going to believe you about btc going to move higher soon, not about numbers you've named.
24  Economy / Economics / Re: Bank create money out of thin air faster than you! on: February 24, 2020, 01:52:45 PM
There is a great story called "I want the earth plus 5% more" by Larry Hannigan which explains this situation better than anyone else I have ever seen with a bit of futuristic but becoming more and more reality future part involved as well. Basically banks and the federal reserves are friends and they are doing this to get richer and richer everyday in spite of the world not getting any richer at all.

You may think that humanity is richer nowadays compared to 2000 years ago thanks to more fair living and no slavery (sort of) and better technological advancements and all that but believe me those banks and reserves are working to make sure that gap once again opens wide enough that we may be considered slaves right now, 90%+ of the world would die if they do not have any money at all for over 1 year, collective poverty results with death (look at Venezuela) so they are just making sure we have juuuust enough to not rebel or die.

I guess to live right now feels exactly like you described it. It is everyday battle between big govs /banks and regular people, citizens, users.
Its our fight we have to take in order to keep the balance. We don't want banks to get over the control, because it will fall economy apart and people will come up with new currency to use.
If people will get rid of banks there will be loan sharks anyway
25  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to buy bitcoin with PayPal in 2020 [NEW] on: February 12, 2020, 03:18:20 PM
A very detailed article, good job! I suggest you add LocalCryptos to the list as well, it's a great alternative for Paxful and LBC (no KYC).

Also, I understand that this might be a sponsored article, but I'm not sure how for a website that charges 12.5% fees be "one of the best ways" to buy bitcoin. Magnatus should be removed.

My instant thoughts was this after I read the article.
Also I've heard about Paxful adding limits on transaction without verification
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest my $1.5K? on: February 02, 2020, 10:41:59 AM
Crypto isn't  place to multiply money quickly because you have to have patience and a lot of research before doing that, if you want to multiply money as fast as possible overnight please go to the casino
Crypto is a quite random market so the OP can gain a lot of profit from trading.
At the same time he can lose it all overnight, so I don't see why he should bother traveling to the casino when he can spend it all on altcoins.

Anyway, I'd suggest investing $1k in bitcoin, trade with $350 and put another $150 in IOTA or TRX, because those are the one who can gain >100% in one year easily
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bittorrent (BTT) on: January 24, 2020, 03:02:16 PM
since the price is cheap we should not miss our chance and invest in (I did already)
Real decentralized project with great history.
So it is token backed by actually usable service which is better than gold backed imo
28  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat currencies on: January 13, 2020, 08:32:56 AM
Indeed a lot of news or articles that mention the US Dollar is getting weaker, in my opinion it's a lie news. Because it's the reality
very different. The evidence is that until now the US Dollar is still the strongest and most widely used currency for payment transactions.
Maybe because America has long controlled the world economy. It's no wonder it's so difficult for other currencies to beat the US Dollar.
Although the euro is more expensive than the US Dollar, but until now the euro has not been able to beat the US Dollar. This is strong
evidence that US Dollar is not weakening.

Can't disagree with that, mate.
But there were defaults and economical crisis on USD's way.
And there is a chance for it to happen again, because bubble is slowly growing now.
Unfortunately for USD at this time there are a lot of competitors who wants to take over US economy like BTC or other cryptocurrencies.
So there is a point of talking about long-term USD weakening even if its seems like there is nothing to worry about
29  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin might be over but blockchain will live on: January 04, 2020, 01:10:14 AM
Blockchain is a powerful technology where there are many features that can still be developed. Banking and insurance are some of the ones who will develop this technology. But in my opinion bitcoin won't die either, it will still be there side by side with the development of the blockchain. But it is true that people are now more interested in the blockchain, I hope people can solve more problems with this technology.

These two technologies will be taken more separated in nearest future I believe.
Unfortunately cryptocurrencies (and bitcoin) are partly about gambling and illegal activities so that's what media are talking about.
Blockchain on the other hand is just a technology to solve problems.

However after that Venezuela situation bitcoin could gain respect in some way

I've seen atomic wallet giving away $250 worth of btc here: https://twitter.com/AtomicWallet/status/1209526917176725505
I don't know if it fits thread, but they say it is only for christmas
31  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I would like your thoughts on: December 16, 2019, 03:38:20 PM
The information you provided there is good, I can tell this way because I already knew 90% of it.
However the site itself is kinda confusing. I'm not a professional so can't really give you any advice, but it is pretty hard to understand structure of site and "where" I can find the info I want to.
I hope you understood what I meant here.
Also I believe you should use in-site texts instead of screenshots. For 2 reasons - pictures have slightly different color compared to site's background color and pictures can be blurry when you zoom in (or have bigger monitor).
32  Economy / Economics / Re: Does halving really create deflation? on: December 02, 2019, 01:19:57 AM
The bearish market also contribute whether the halving could affect the market or not. people always believe that halving could bring double profit but that's not actually true. if the market is at good condition it could probably make the price double but otherwise when the market is bearish it will do nothing. atleast thats what i experienced from so many halving ive been through and its not something that we should put our hope in.

That is what I was thinking about. Crypto market is still a market and rules (partly) by peoples interest. Not the way they want it to be, but according to their behaviour/willing to buy or sell/actions.
So halving basically is just another line of news in the feed of users (not that simple actually, but you got the point)
33  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are Airdrops worth participating in? WHERE to find all of them? on: November 27, 2019, 01:07:44 PM
I understand that Airdrop is a scam?

No, they are not. You should've google what is airdrop before posting here.
Airdrop is nothing but giveaway with X winners.
Unfortunately, not every participant will win that's the truth, but you have a chance.
