I downloaded and installed 3.0.6 on different computer (Windows) and restored my wallet, using the seeds. Now everything is fine with the transaction and the amount is in my balance.
Just have some more questions and will be happy if you help me again!
If I copy blockchain_headers file file from the working wallet and paste it to the previous wallet (which is on different computer), will make it work fine? What do you think about it?
Is it fine to have one wallet on 2 computers?

I just deleted both blockchain_headers files and restart it. The synchronizing process took just a few minutes. Nothing changed. Now the wallet is connected, but the last transaction is still +0. 
Yes, I have other PC, but is on Linux. I will try now to download the 3.0.6 for Linux and to restore the same wallet, using the 13 seeds.

If I understand correct, .tmp mean, that the blockchain_headers file isn't full downloaded.
I am scared to unistall the wallet and to restore it from seed, because I just checked the seed in my saved txt and see, that I got 13 words. Is it possible to have 13 words instead 12?

yes, I posted my question there also, because I am trying to find the best solution of my problem. The transaction's amount isn't small for me. I worked hard for it and don't want to lose it.
 I got 2 blockchain_headers file: blockchain_headers and blockchain_headers.tmp. and don't know which one I should remove from the folder.

"Deleting the blockchain_headers file fixed the problem for me." - if I delete this file, will this transaction appear in my wallet and balance? Because, as I said, now this transaction is verified and with amount +0.
Now my wallet is working and all other transactions are verified. Just the last one is verified and with amount +0.

3.0.6 is the version. The wallet is connected now ( I got a green in the right corner). All the history displayed correctly. Just the last transaction is with status verified, but the amount is +0. and there is no amount received. It's like I didn't receive that amount. But when I check the transaction details, it says that it's confirmed.

I just downloaded and installed the last electrum wallet version, but now I got two electrum icons on the desktop.
I downloaded it for here  https://electrum.org/#download - Windows Installer. Should I remove the previous wallet icon?
The problem is that my last received transaction is 0. I've checked it in blockchain and see, that is with status confirmed. But it my history and balance is 0 and don't have that amount in my balance. What should I do about it?

Sorry for asking so much maybe stupid for you questions, but if I understand correct I should just download the last version, install it and the wallet will be updated automatic. Am I correct? And will have there the entire history and the money also, right?

I will be very thankful if you help me!
Last few days my electrum wallet keeps on "synchronizing" and nothing change. I did some Google research and follow the tips there, but didn't help at all. I un-tick the auto-connect box, changed the servers manually... allo the electrum application in firewall... nothing. The status is still "synchronizing" with blue arrows in the right corner.
My last received transaction there is 0. I've checked it in blockchain and the status of the last transaction is "received". But in my balance is 0. I guess, because my wallet isn't connected.
