Is the official mineral pool not connected?
No they are fixing it, Coin-Miners seems to be getting most blocks right now

I don't know enough about the technical requirements for mining, but when you say that it's only mineable for CPU, is there no possibility for a workaround to make it mineable for other hardware?
Research how it works, its the only way that you will understand what you are asking. Its possible to gpu mine, but not ASIC. GPU is too slow to be worth it.

It happens on the main pool too. This is from my main rig

The coin-miners and hashvalue pools seems to reject shares from older mining clients. Try using the newest CPUminer-opt-3.8.3 version.
I am using 3.8.3.3 I get "stratum_recv_line failed" on all other pools after submitting a few shares I get that occasionally as well. Sometimes it will happen and not recover for more than 5 minutes so i switch pools. Shitty situation honestly. Im just holding out for the Dev to hopefully start up a legit pool that makes everyone happy.

Our plan for this month:
- switch from CoiniumServ pool software to yiimp - run block explorer - create a super fast mini Live (USB flash drive) Linux distro (Elicoin Linux) with cpuminer-opt and light web server for monitoring and server control - add some new features to Elicoin GUI Miner - negotiate with exchanges to list our coin - run paper wallet
Any more suggestions? :-)
What about website? Website is running already on https://elicoin.net. We'll redesign it later, it is not prior now. Some other new coins are trading on private groups before being listed in official trade. It helps drive up hype and value. There is a service that makes this secure, ill post a link for it in a bit. You should look into that. I think people care a lot about having a good site to see exactly what this coin is and where it is heading (establish initial impression of professionalism and service.). They care about a good pool. They care about a detailed and well thought out roadmap. They care about a Discord community. They care about a block explorer. GUI miners, and usb stick security vulnerabilities are at the bottom of the list for things that matter to real miners. why is official pool always crushing? it's the only pool i can mine on on all other pools i get always errors when trying to submit my shares The coin-miners and hashvalue pools seems to reject shares from older mining clients. Try using the newest CPUminer-opt-3.8.3 version.

Block time 1 minute as I see in the main page.
But the two largest pools (except for the official one) catch the blocks once per hour. Now the official pool does not work again. But on the remaining pools there are still no blocks. I have a question, where are the blocks ?
@XpoH why you put too high difficult on the pool? The 0.4diff is enough for most users. Or create additional stratum.
Because if to set difficulty less that 1 shares will be rejected by netword as a low difficulty. DerJeanLuc, yes you right i forgot to change it on a new server to 1. Now it's done. My Mac will mine on the main pool with its i5 at 320h/s but on your pool it just rejects every share. I want to get all my Pcs on your pool but the mac has to stay on main pool making 0.000000001 every year

Right now you should be mining the Hash4Value pool if you want to get ELI coins for wasting power. Main pool is a joke at the least, it doesnt work, over 12 hours i got less than 1 coin but I average 5-10 from other pools. Use hashvalue it has highest hashrate and is finding more blocks than coin-miners. Dont waste your time with cryptorush yet, its a ghost town. it only has no fees to get you there, then it quietly goes to 0.5 or 1 just like anything else.

HASHVALUE MINING POOLhttp://hashvalue.pw
Based on Yiimp pool (No Registration Needed) Payout every hour for balances starting from : 0.01 ELI Fee : 0.3% Only (Lowest Fee)
-a yescryptr16 -o stratum+tcp://hashvalue.pw:6333 -u <WALLET_ADDRESS> -p c=ELI Coin-miners has failed for the last 2 hours off and on. Switching to Hashvalue. they have 2kh/s less than coin-miners and many less miners. Im about to make them find all of the blocks if the numbers are accurate lol

Missed this one. I like CPU coins in general. What is the current difficulty? I presume it is too late to start mining this. Any exchanges?
No we are still early adapters m8. 1EliCoin is still = 1Eli Coin. But one day 1Eli Coin might become =1 Lambo Coin. This is our big chance. This time we do it right. I feel like my previous comment inspired you to say Lambo Coin lmao p.s. Main pool is down, website and all.

cpuminer-otp binaries are only for win64. I 'm searching for win32. cpuminer-multi doesn't provide this algo. Cpuminer-multi will work with the Yescrypt-multi algorithm. I am using it on an OSX system that i stole from my gf cpuminer-multi has only yescrypt, not the yescryptr16 write your stuff into it and see what happens. Im currently using it right this second.

They are trying to make everyone leave the main server with DDoS like they did 2 days ago, and they gained the majority of hashpower and were finding all blocks. Since they crashed everyone went back to the main pool.

Its not too late. Where i can find a cpuminer for windows 32?! (wihout virus, of course) Google it and click the first second or third links........ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1326803.0Which pool is recommended?
I have very low spec hardware. So, I guess a pool with low payout threshold.
Can I check my unpaid balance and hashrate on the official pool website?
MAin Pool. Coin-Miners is DDoSing the main pool and currently finding no blocks. The website for the main pool sucks, it only shows latest payed blocks. the website is un-encrypted. It shows no hashrates, no workers. If you search your wallet (YOU MUST HIT ENTER IN SEARCH BAR BECAUSE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK) You will only find the latest payed blocks in a hard to read chart with more decimal points than you want to imagine.

coin-miners might be DDoSing the main server again in an attempt to get us back.

Just try and see. I got approx. 5 ELI after 12 hours of mining with 480 H/s
MrFanelli, how many H/s is your i7 giving?
1000ish

Is there any calculator available? Or maybe someone could share their hardware stats and how many coins they are able to mine? Can I use an old Pentium 4, 3GHz for this? i7 7700k, 50 coins in 48 hrs
|
|
|
yep. now we can stay on main pool and get all the blocks together

What is the converted value of ELI coin to BTC or USD? What is the minimum hardware and operating system requirements for mining?
It is not trading yet, so literally NO idea lol. I dont even want to guess, it can be anything from fractions of a cent to many dollars. Minimum hardware is an intel core duo processor...lol. You probably wont get many coins with that. I am running an i7 7700k, i7 4700mq and an i5 and getting really good rates. i7 7700k ,How much hashrate 1032h/s
