Maybe if the bitcoin will be going to low the price i will be going to buy some of them cause i know in time the bitcoin will be going to increase the price again maybe we can earn some profit from that. But must better also to hold some of our bitcoin don't sell it in a low price.

You have to first know what is the hot project to invest in right now for example in today's market the majority of the coins are facing opposition so you might want to go with an ico that does not go in opposition with any political powers or governments so that would be supported unlike others increase in value.

It depends on country rules about taxes on fiat and crytpo currencies. So if you leave in such country where taxes are implemented on crytpo currencies then you must pay it,But the country yet not has/have any rule about crypto currency trading then you are still free.
