some ICO's are pretty cool to participate in while some are just a mere scam, all you need to do before going for any ICO is to check the project critically if it worth investing in it inorder to be on safer side

Someone told me about this project to invest but I also want to satisfy myself by reading and understanding the concept and idea. I will navigate previous pages of the topic to catch up the idea what people have discussed. Of course their official site is also necessary to use to get information.

The bounties section as well the announcement thread about the particular ico provides with the clear details regarding the project. Other than the Bitcointalk forum I haven't used any other sources to gain more support as well to learn about the potential of the respective project.

Those who want to lose money, I am using mist only. I do not trust my ether wallet or such wallets in internet. Even though it is open source, it can be manipulated any time.
