All decision should be base on technical and fundamental analysis, if you find others coin that better in fundamental and  has more interesting project, you can sell in loss  all that your coin and buy that new coin that has more potential. This way will make faster to recover loss, and we should be do it to make profit.

No one in the right mind would predict that bitcoin can be surpassed by neo specially in just 1-2 years. Everyone knows that neo is a great coin and it has a lot of room to grow price wise and project wise but beating bitcoin is quite ambitious

I recommend to start the CEX.io exchange. You can deposit directly from your credit card. The you can move to another exchange like Bitrex, Binance

it depends on the season. if it is on bull season, i do sell right away and if it is bear season, i do hodl until the price reach my target.
and the bottom line is dont panic sell.

People should treat the campaign they are joining like they would an ICO they invest in by research everything about it before participating because you are just wasting your time if you don't and time is as valuable as money in my opinion.

when the price of altcoin we hold is decreasing then just hold it until the price rises again and usually takes months and no need to panic with the price reduction is already reasonable,if enough capital you can buy more

аlthоugh bitcоin is vеry gооd, it still hаs disаdvаntаgеs thаt cаn nоt bе оvеrcоmе. Sо thе аltcоin wаs bоrn with оutstаnding fеаturеs аnd thе аbility tо аpply in prаcticе, thеsе аltcоins hаvе mаdе thе mаrkеt cryptо mоrе divеrsе аnd mоrе nuаncеd.

I have recently discovered that if I have CRW running on my sha port, it blocks UNO and MYR from generating blocks. As soon as I disabled CRW, they began creating blocks again...
