Now we all know that BTC is the most stable coin om market. ETH lost a lot of their capitalization and BTC dominance more than 53% . This is first time since middle of the 2017 year. We can say 2018 this is BTC year cause altcoins lost most of their capitalization from 5 to 90%. This is awful year for alt and ETH is not exception.

Why are people panic selling right now? Scared of a little regulation? That is bull! G20? All they might do is AML prevention. If you are not laundering money, nothing will happen to you!! And we don't want money launders in our midst anyway! Chillax, it will be OK!
Offer relaxation to people who have all the money in alts and I think you'll hear a lot of good words. So, this can be afforded by who managed to come out with a profit or newly arrived investors. I'm one of that people! and yes I really want to say something not good to people with advices like "relax it will be ok". No it won't and this is time to think, to learn more not just time to relax. Time to relax was in december 2017 this is time to move on. |

The past week, as I've been looking to invest in recently finished ICOs since most of their prices are way below ICO price, I noticed the same thing mentioned over and over in their telegram channels.
People screaming: HODL!!! It will moon someday!!!!
Another one that is common: When BINANCE!?!?! If only we were on Binance!!!
This makes me laugh inside. Crypto is not a magical place where all coins will eventually rise in value if you just hold on to them.
Most ICOs did very poorly the last 3 months. The ones that did the worst were the ones that started in January
Now, a lot of these startups are underfunded and could only list in low volume exchanges and seeing their prices crash to ridiculously low prices.
And everyone is crying on their Telegram.
Listen very closely yo: The price will never rise if everyone HODls!
Prices are boosted through supply and demand and if a vast majority of people who own the coin are not trading it, than you are severely cutting in to that chain.
Instead of Hodling, you should be buying and making strategic trade choices.
I'm very sad to say that but you're right. Most of ICO don't support their tokens, part of them just scam. Unfortunately prices for 90% of all ICO go down, after ICO and usually they never come back to ICO price. When I'm looking to the telegram group I see a lot of messages like "when binance" and something and that's really annoying. |

especially if you are going to buy shitcoin, so it is better not to buy anything, if you are 100% not sure that the market will grow. Cause you can buy something and tomorrow price will go down(again). Because most ICO trade below the placement limit and most coins lost between 50 - 90% of their value in December 2017. Altcoin this is very risky(and sometimes profitable) active. to date, the only real investment is Bitcoin and the etherium, because investing in other coins is very risky. But if we consider a certain project that really will have prospects in the future, then such a token should also be bought for further prospects. yes this is 100% true. For now if someone just came to crypto and didn't buy anything it would be better not to buy any altcoins. Just BTC or maybe ETH. ETH can back to 500$ or any other value only if BTC increases its value, this is how altcoins market works so far. But from recently it seems that this has changed, and we can see that in fact BTC lost in value around 2000$ from Jul 25 2018 until today - and ETH some 150$ in value at the same time.
That jump of BTC from Jul 13 2018 to Jul 25 2018 has increased its value for 2000$+, but in the same time ETH is rise only 50$. So if we compare that data we can see that ETH is drop to 330$ at this moment, which is 100$ down in comparison to BTC.
In general BTC is worth today almost as much as a month ago, but ETH lost 100$ in the same time.
That make sense. I thought about that too. Now BTC is the most stable coin on market, so even ETH now costs low, than in 2017 when BTC price was about 6500 in November 2017, but after that ETH price went up with BTC and all we saw bull market. Now I think people sold alts in the first move and after that maybe they sold ETh and other huge coins to buy stable BTC. |

You're agree in general, but maybe this family need money to mortgage, to university to the children and they need money now, immediately! That's why people usually say that you should use only your free money to invest. In that way our wives won't be worried about money that stucked in crypto. |

Forget our fear because as we see now, crypto is coming back on healthy days. More traders prefer to buy that make a one currency price on pump. If you have a good set on mind you probably use the red market to hold much many as before. Then isntant profit if everything be okey
You're right I see more and more good news about crypto. How huge corporations try to research blockchain, some companies try to adopt crypto payment. More and more developers create platforms. I think soon we will see first real working platforms like cardano, stellar, ETH, EOS and maybe someone will run this market. So this is not time to sell, especially when you're panic. |

I don't wanna believe but at the moment ETH price is being under $400. I thought that there is no way that ETH can be dumped back to under $400 but seem like I was wrong  . But at the moment, I think it's a good chance to invest in ETH and BTC as well. LOL Actually I thought the same) but this is time I won't lose my chance and I'll buy it. Last time when ETH was 350 I lost my chance. Anyway this is really funny to read topics like this . Today the market begins to grow. These are good days for those people who bought coins a few days ago. They made a profit))
In less than a week since July 31, bitcoin has dropped thousands of dollars of its market value from 8,1xx$ down to 7,0xx$ which gives me a feeling that the green days we have the last couple of weeks is just part of bitcoin's volatility. I believe that bitcoin's volatility will be part of it's journey to the future and that is something that's made bitcoin investment a very challenging one. We all want to believe in that! Looks like huge money is here, but they don't want to show their intentions. Maybe this is why we see so volatility. If this is 2 or more biggest part of whales try to prepare for huge investors and one part want to drop the price and other to pump it. That's why we see how price went up quickly to 8500 and after that drop down quickly to 7500 and 7000$. |

I doubt you need a coin at all? What will it serve for? It is not a token if you dont allow it to trade it. There is no point to have a token if owners of that token cant freely manage it.
He needs the coin for money i suppose. Honestly it doesn't make sense for me OP needs any token even the exchange site is not yet alive. That token will be useless without any ability. i agree with you I think you're both right that he needs only money. That's sad but true. This is not a joke, people will buy this "token" and they will lost their money. After that we are thinking "why do we have so much scam ?" . It's like someone ask "I want to sell, but still don't know what cell phones, food, gold, diamonds,cars. If you're starting to do something you should learn enough about that. Binance: has usually the most volume. Kucoin/Crpytopia: good for picking up alts that arent as popular yet Agree about binance. I think this is the best exchange for newbie and not just for newbie, but for everyone. Crpytopia is a very good exchange, not so huge like binance, but they have great support and there you can sell many rare altcoins. Kucoin I think this is hard for newbie. Just don't use Yobit Also you can try to trade ERC-20 tokens on DEX exchanges like IDEX. |

Well This is only one application and SEC postponed the time of consideration of other applications to September, so now we can see how people, who though that it would be tothemoon, they are selling their tokens. So it looks like this is just panic sell and huge manipulations. I think that was a part of the plan. Whales want that people will nervous about future and that's why we see some fear news on market. Price go down, again. |

I joined the bounty for more than 6 months but the income is very low and waiting for so long, I do not have enough patience to continue the bounty work, will probably move to trade to make faster profits.
Trade this is not a best option for the newbie or bounty participants. I tried to do that, but I hodl shitcoins and sold some really cool coins, that did x2. Anyway trading is more harder than bounty. On bounty you can't lose money, but on trading you can do that easily. |

Well if you want some safety your choice is BTC.
Some of your deposit may include huge altcoins- like ETH, NEO, LTC and other from top 10 .
Also you can choose some coin with potential - like Stratis, Waves, Komodo, Zilliqa. But anyway be ready for very unstable market and try to use only your money, don't use any loan.

I am also almost pessimistic if I look at the current Cryptocurrency market conditions.
Lots of price reductions that make me disappointed and lost direction.
I am confused to stay on Cryptocurrency or leave it.
I still consider a lot of things so that I am still holding on to Cryptocurrency.
Well if you're believe to the blockchain and crypto don't leave this market. You should do to trade everyday or buy some coins. Just be here, looking to the latest news and be patient about market. it can turnover every moment. I bought when prices was high and I don't regret about that, cause that was experience too. You can't do something with clear hands, you should work hard and of course we all made mistakes. When market is red I prefer not to see every hour to them. Just watching here some useful things. Be careful and don't sell if you're not ready to that. |

I saw Russian thread about waves and I saw there are the same questions. There are 2 options - first of all usually waves team or someone involved to waves team buy some tokens. They usually supports their token. of course this is not official, but people who looks like insiders wrote about that. The second one - there are one huge seller. Nobody knows who is this, but looks like this is someone from older investors or something and of course all market was red, so this is multiple effect.
