I gots 100 confirms on my 100 billion doje. I must be on the right fork. Please dev? Please grant me lots of money? Take out of your own holdings to be sure. You want to do the right thing, money is nothing in this world, give it to me.

shibe dev more responsive... doje, eh.. wtf. Doje dev like "wtf is fork?!?!?!" hahaha

bct is broken, why didn't I get an email about the original post for this thread?

Release the source several hours before making the network seeds live. That will give everyone a chance to compile and be ready at the same time.

Sounds interesting. I'm very interested in looking at the code. You know the first thing people are going to do is try to figure out a way to use less memory than what seems necessary on the surface.

User with no previous posts, pre-mined, IPO, questionable block time choice, no web site, no code, this coin has it all!

If the balance in wallet is changed you cant just go and payout without doing it manually, which can happen when there is a fork.
They gave a solution, live with it.
A couple SQL statements, audit, and it will all work out. I have run pools, I know how it works. Their solution will allow them to keep coins that aren't theirs. Whatever, this just like arguing with children, haha. I give up.
Sorry but its not in all cases.
lol, name one case. What are they going to do differently when people contact them? You make no sense.
If you did read, almost all pools forked yesterday so yes there is absolutely something that could prevent them from just paying out.
Does not matter. All they have to do is update to the current wallet code and pay out all the valid coins still left.
What are you complaining of, just e-mail them. Stealing would be not mentioning anything and just take them all while you have the chance to e-mail, if ur that lazy then ur own fault. or just PM. not that hard.
I'm not talking about me, I'm talking about everyone that won't see these messages and then try to pull up the pool and get nothing. They should give a couple days notice at least, if not a week. There is absolutely nothing preventing them from just paying out the balance in the pool to anyone with an address. By making people contact them they are making it unnecessarily difficult for people to get their coins. Only one reason for doing that...

I can't get the wallet to work

Admins - shibe.cryptopool.eu - You are going to pay coins before closing the pool???
We have informed in the pool that the pool was going to be closed and that all miners should withdraw their coins. The pool has now closed and withdrawals are no longer possible using the pool interface. However, if you have not already withdrawn your coins, please send us your details (account name, e-mail address and wallet address) and we will manually transfer your coins. Drop us a PM right away and will help you as soon as possible! WTF, that's messed up. At least pay out everyone that has a payout address on their account. Just set the auto-pay to 1 coin for every account and let the system pay everyone. Otherwise you're just stealing coins. Hell, I have auto-pay on and never saw anything. The time between the notification for the shutdown and the actual shutdown couldn't have been more than a few hours, how could anyone have seen that, blocks weren't even confirmed yet.

no more PoW, if you want coins buy them
Seems like a new group needs to take over this project. Do an audit of the code, blockchain, and re-launch. I don't think anyone would argue that this has gone well. We're days past what was suppose to be the start of PoS, there have been who knows how many forks (3?), they're talking rollbacks, and now I'm afraid what else is wrong. Not saying it's a bad idea for a coin but despite the dev's best efforts this thing seems to be plagued with mistakes (not that this is a new for crypto coins ).

Look at the hash rate and difficulty. People are still mining the hell out of this coin, even at a loss (well, probably not since SHA3 ASIC's have been around longer than SHA3 coins). Big future profit
Unless you're running low power ASIC's, at the current price you will save money (ie. get more coins) by simply buying however many coins you would mine in the remaining time.
