21  Economy / Computer hardware / [SOLD] Sapphire Radeon 7950 Vapor-X - $225 on: March 21, 2014, 07:29:54 PM

Just received this from an RMA with the manufacturer, but I don't have any use for the card anymore. Card generally hashes around 620 - 660 kh/s. Would like $225 in BTC or LTC, I will pay for US shipping. Will escrow with any reputable forum member, but have used Biomech in the past.

This item is simultaneously listed on Ebay.

Edit: Card is now used, but still for sale.

Edit: Card is sold.

Sushi sent out mining comps. Apparently 540 GH/s would of only made .1689btc in the five days it was down starting the 14th of February. This is complete and utter bull shit now. Also, can you please look at the hosted miners and fix the one that is consistently running under hashed? Also. You owe me more than .1689 in comp. This is utterly rediculous to try and pass off as handled.

Sushi's transaction https://www.biteasy.com/blockchain/transactions/dbab1c84db23abc33c2c89a650b23e2996e14e5876334d083f7281b62e3ef898

What you are experiencing is exactly what I was afraid of. My hosted miner with sushi hadn't started after a week, sometime after that I received a message to check my pool info. After a couple days of checking constantly, my pool and backup still showed nothing. I demanded a refund because hashing still hadn't started yet.

I'm really not any better off because I haven't received my refund. But it's been so long now (asked for refund on Feb 23rd) with no communication that I'm starting to wonder if I will get a refund at all

Sushi, still waiting on the refund that was promised to me over a week ago. I have sent you a PM and sent a help desk ticket over the past few days. Please update me on why this process is taking so long and when it will be resolved.
26  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: best miner deal on: March 03, 2014, 11:00:03 PM
Any legitimate th miners out or shipping soon for around 5k?
Thanks.

5 x Antminer S1 180-200 GH/s = 900-1000 Gh/s (https://www.bitmaintech.com/productDetail.htm?pid=00020140107162747992Ce5uBuxW06D6)
5 x 1.18 BTC = 5.9BTC
5.9BTC * $659.5 = $3891.05

Plus a couple PSUs.

So to answer your question, yes, but not in one enclosed unit.
27  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: UnicornHasher ANT Miner S1 Devices and Hosting [OPEN] on: March 03, 2014, 06:54:58 PM
Devices are now 1.18BTC on Bitmain website. Can I order another with the same 0.45BTC 90 days hosting, with help selling the device after 90 days? If so, I want in.

Done order goes out after payment not in advance though.

Bought one with hosting...  Still waiting for it to come online.  So far money is in a black hole with no email responses and no mining going on.  Just waiting...

Same boat. I ordered a hosted miner as well and it never came online after a full week. I asked for a refund a week ago because I was so fed up with the process. Still nothing...

Unfortunately, pool doesn't show a graph or average - this is how things look right now.

I'm on trademybit and I've seen my hashrate everywhere between 375 to 28 Kh/s between the two devices. I'm sure some of that is due to coin changes and I've heard that Gridseeds don't work well on "high difficulty" coins - but I'm not sure exactly how that's defined. Doge on trademybit, for example, is jointly mined by Multipool and trademybit so when we're mining it there's quite a lot of hashpower pointed that direction. I have no idea if that solves the problem.

Both of mine are up and running on the pool. From the setup guide (which is awesome by the way), these look like a lot of work. Thanks for getting everything up and running!
33  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Anyone else have huge problems with Sapphire GPUs? on: February 28, 2014, 02:31:26 AM
I've had 3 Sapphire 7950s go bad in under a month (purchased new from Newegg). They were monitored and never went above 70C and I didn't do any crazy overclocking. Fortunately, I was able to RMA them without issue. Unfortunately, the RMA process takes for-freaking-ever.
34  Economy / Services / Re: Escrow service on: February 26, 2014, 08:47:37 PM
Biomech served as escrow for ~$300 USD transaction, without issue. Made himself very available and easy to work with.

Thanks for making the world safe for democ...bitcoin transactions!
35  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is Sushi Group buy for the Antminer S1 legit or scam? Who is legit? on: February 25, 2014, 01:00:20 AM
Make sure you order directly from his website, as there is a scammer going around with a similar name.

Anyone else with hosted miners getting about 165 GH/s average instead of 180 GH/s?
