Yes, coinbase is shared,
we'll refund your payment.
Hello, what wallet did you use?
Hi,

I also did a payment of 0.029 this morning and have received no payouts yet (5-6 hrs later post-confirmation).

My BTC address = 172rkbZyhByDBspboQHohANiW32qJxre9V

Proof of my deposit on the blockchain: https://blockchain.info/tx/9ecacbf022878fb908d5e740625e2157d77973b0d69237f7b244ab32254c1aab

Could you please look into this?

Thanks.

I used my Coinbase wallet with address 172rkbZyhByDBspboQHohANiW32qJxre9V

If this wallet is incompatible, could you please refund the 0.029 to my Blockchain.info wallet 1VGJcgkdnKXBwepqMKeb1tAgEPBxihAme or start the payments to that address instead?

Refund received. Thank you very much and I will try again from Blockchain.info.

Has anyone successfully gotten the daemon and wallet to compile under Windows? I am trying to compile a more optimized version for higher hash rate (AVX 64 bit) and am stuck in CMake trying to get Boost libraries linked properly:

CMake Error at C:/Program Files (x86)/CMake 2.8/share/cmake-2.8/Modules/FindBoost.cmake:1111 (message):

How come datacoin doesn't have a GPU miner yet? Isn't it based on primecoin?

[..] Datacoin is almost dead, so there is not a big rush to make a miner.

Interesting. Can you tell me why it's almost dead? When it will be dead completely? Or maybe it will reborn?
I'm asking seriously - have started mining it based on your list. Reason: no public GPU miners and can be traded at beer.

That is my opinion. There are several reasons I think that.

-First and foremost, no one has taken the time to publicly post a GPU miner. A coder could release binaries only with a small dev fee and make some coin simlar to what Claymore did with Primecoin
-There have been no code updates since Nov 2013.
-The original poster for the announcement thread has not posted since Jan 2014.
-The DTC twitter account has been quiet since March 19
-The DTC thread is very quiet.
-Trade volume is very low on all exchanges
-Market cap has been sliding for months.

Thx!
I was thinking about this also: -First and foremost, no one has taken the time to publicly post a GPU miner. A coder could release binaries only with a small dev fee and make some coin simlar to what Claymore did with Primecoin.

In fact, the Claymore miner works on one DTC mining pool (http://dtc.xpool.xram.co/).

Hello....

I want to mine NRS with my GPUs. https://nrs2.blockquarry.com has good details in Getting started but this miner looks different than the normal Cgminer I have experience with. Can someone please let me know whether we should make a bat file similar to scrypt (like in notepad).

Also, what is the electricity usage of GPUs and are GPUs cooler than Scrypt mining (Like X11).

I have a few R9 280xs. Can someone help me build my rig to mine these NRSs please.

Any one who can provide something like a guide to mine NRS.....No one is answering my post.

You use the pts miner that's posted on the OP.

Then create a bat file with this as an example: ptsminer.exe -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD -o nrs2.blockquarry.com -q 1337 -device 0 -a gpuv8

Has anyone figured out how to get a faster GPU miner to work with a pool? I only get ~1000-1300cpm on a 280X with the girino miner as compared to 2500cpm on clpts (which only works on several hardcoded PTS pools).

The other thing I was trying was to modify the source code for the 1GH GPU PTS miner (which works on stratum so could be more versatile). It is written in Python and I managed to get Python installed on Windows but wasn't able to successfully get the 1GH miner.py to run on Windows. With the value of NRS increasing rapidly it would be nice to get some better hash rates.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NRS|NoirShares] More than a coin, Equity-linked gateway to Noir DACs/Ventures on: April 22, 2014, 05:24:35 AM
What is the fastest GPU miner out now for NRS?

I get ~1300-1400 cpm on my 280X on NrsGPUz01AMDx64 but I imagine much higher is possible given I was getting well over 2000cpm mining PTS using clpts 1.1 (which only supports specific PTS pools). I tried modifying my HOSTS file to trick clpts to connect to nrs2.blockquarry.com instead of beeeeer.org but it didn't seem to work. What are others doing?

Ugh whats going on with all of the DDOS attacks? Are there any more reliable pools out there?

I'm getting some weird Incapsula page for flipsidemining now - are they installing some sort of DDOS protection?
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore XPM GPU Miner discussion on: April 17, 2014, 01:30:41 AM
Hello everyone,

Who mines on ypool - please try to move to another pool
I personally know only one else which works well with this miner:  gpool.net (ip address  for config in tutorial)

Pool monopoly is definately bad for the coin!  Sad

btw, thanks for the miner, on my dual 7950 works well   Smiley

Good call - gpool seems to work for me as well. I like that it has the lower 0.3 XPM payout threshold and only 2% fee. What port are you using? The tutorial makes it look like different ports are used for jhPrimeminer vs. xolo primeminer.

Celeron G1620 2xMSI 280X 1120/1500
v1.5 GPU Load 75-81%
v2.0 GPU Load 97-99%

Reinstall catalyst v13.12, reboot computer and disable overclocking.

This may be a question for Claymore, but what is the best measure for hashing speed? Is it the Total Round Time or the 4ch/hr? Or are they inversely proportional?
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore XPM GPU Miner discussion on: April 09, 2014, 03:48:45 PM
Wow Claymore - much respect. My stats with new version:

Diamond 280X @ 1150 Mhz core: ~108k 4ch/hr, round time 425
Using -ss 0 and not doing any other CPU mining.

You deserve every bit of those fees coming your way!

I really appreciate your regular updates with performance improvements.

Ok lets analyse this shall we?

ok, so you realize btc-arbs is a HYIP? right? have to start there at least.

Maybe it is a HYIP maybe it's Arbitrage. That is what we'r trying to find out here.

by the way I question your motives, your first post was this.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=557446.msg6072515#msg6072515

promoting finmutual with a referral link.

I'll stop feeding the trolls now.

Companies that hire HYIP monitors such as money-news-online.com are not legitimate companies…. why hire one if not the biggest HYIP monitors if you are a bitcoin arbitrage company and not a HYIP??? If I have to start convincing you whether its a HYIP or not, then we have a LONG ways to go.

My very first post sharing Finmutual, an actual GOOD HYIP with a good admin running it was in line with posting in this thread as well. I posted one HYIP that has proven itself. Finmutual and Rockwell are not misleading. As for Leancy (another story as to why they were a shameless scam), same not misleading. Seen in HYIP's all the time. The story is to be expected, but when you try so hard to prove a new community (bitcoin community) you are legitimate, that is where I have an issue. Those are typical "stories" found in HYIP's. Everyone knows they are HYIP's. The fact we are debating whether BTC-arbs is a hyip or not proves they are misleading and effectively doing so. The admin of btc-arbs has figured out Bitcoin is a rich new feeding ground, so spin together a Bitcoin arbitrage business story and lead the cattle to the slaughter.

It would be great to see Bitcoin gamblers join the HYIP community, but if Bitcoin gamblers fall prey to the scammy admins of HYIP's, they will eventually grow tired and not join any HYIP. That is why I have even made a SINGLE post here. I'm not trying to prove and convince people. I'm just here to share to a community that is completely new to HYIP's and maybe it will help direct someone in the right direction playing HYIP's.

So many great HYIP's over the years. My particular interest is in long term HYIP's (low to mid level interest rates) - and there has been so many good ones over the years that paid for 1+ years. So far the ones hitting the Bitcoin community hard have been complete failures. Maybe I can help change that a little by sharing my experiences/knowledge.

I don't understand what makes a "good" HYIP if they are all ponzi schemes and unsustainable. Just that they drag it out for a long time before disappearing? Is the charm of doing HYIP's just trying to predict when the right time is to bail so you're not one of the ones left holding the bag?

I would have liked to think that that BTC investments could potentially have higher yields than more well-developed markets because there are less regulatory expenses/overhead and there are better arbitrage opportunities than regular currency markets.

nevermind - i see you said 7 cores. can you get all 8 cores?

Yeah it is not much higher, ~470 kH
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of CPU-ONLY AltCoins on: April 03, 2014, 02:50:59 AM
Has anyone calculated which hashing algorithm has the LEAST advantage from a GPU vs. CPU?

I'm always in search of the best coin to mine on all but 1 of my cores along with my GPU miner....

I am going to start working on this. Tromp had suggested it earlier but I didn't like the idea at the time.

I will get a CPU hash rate from my CPU (AMD FX8320 - 8 cores, 3.5Ghz) and compare to average score of a GPU (R9 280x perhaps).

I can start with X11 hashing data CPU vs. GPU:

Intel i7 3770 3.4GHz 7 cores: 450 kH/s
Diamond R9 280X: 2.2 Mh/s
GPU advantage ratio = 4.9

I got ~3 XPM in 1 week mining on RapidPrime with their optimized CPU miner with my i7-3770 @ 3.4 Ghz x 7 cores and am curious if I can do any better.

Isn't Primechain/Primecoin the only hashing algorithm that GPU is no faster than CPU with current software?
Not anymore.

Wow, very impressive. I know tons of people have been volunteering to test and you probably don't need anyone else, but just in case, I'd be happy to run it on my Windows 8.1 64 bit system with a Diamond R9 280X.

Hi, if Support is reading this forum, could you please look into a BTC withdrawal I made on 3/30/14? I submitted 2 tickets but have not heard any response or received the funds. I tried to submit another ticket and the form page was not working. Here is my History documenting my BTC withdrawal:

-0.06197055   03.30.14   withdraws   18qxniM3FM2wKjwZPLCsxvDdyKTwXSWu7J

I like this service and would be happy to continue investing in it and using it as well as recommending it to others (as it was recommended to me), but the delay on withdrawals and limited communication makes me uncomfortable.

My referral ID (?account number) is 28893

Thanks

EDIT: BTC payment properly received on 4/1/14. Thank you Support.
