The coin looks solid, but the current price puts it at $10.5M market cap, waaaaaaaaaay overpriced in my opinion.

pull out your calculator.  Current market cap is around $110k, not $10 million.
you mean undervalued ?

Shitcoins are never "undervalued".

yes and ultimately everything but btc can be considered a "shitcoin"
we still trade / mine / profit

I done with mining. to long for payouts. Rather dig for BTC and maybe purchase once coins will drop even more. When i look at bittrex at 19;00 price was around .0045, now is half of it.

Wait and see tomorrow morning.

completely agree.  Mining costs money.  Its not a charity activity.

the cost to incorporate is not as high as you think.  You dont have to do it in nyc if you live in USA, you can choose business friendly states like delaware or nevada.
The risk one takes to invest in a new coins is considerably higher than what it would take for a dev to incorporate.
Its also a much more acceptable level of transparency knowing that you are compliant in some local jurisdiction than just approved by a twitter handle.
With a foundation in place its much easier for someone to take over the coin if for some reason you were to be overburdened by all of the FUD and would quit like so many before you have done.

Just seems like the right thing to do.  this will ultimately separate the investment grade coins vs. those perceived as "shitcoins"
coins that go through the "trouble" to do this will most likely be more committed to the project.

dev, if your serious about this coin and want to avoid all the intrusive POD conducted by random individuals, GO AND INCOPORATE A FOUNDATION in your local jurisdiction. This will go a long way to calming investors' fears.

IMO, a coin is not investment grade if it has no corporate structure.  period.

would it be too difficult to modify the website to show the specs for the coin?  this is the type of info investors want to see.

BTC-E IS SCAMMING ME

Sent a usd deposit on november 15.  Funds went through fine.  I bought coins with the funds.  Then a hold was put on the account.  This i thought was normal since USD was deposited.  I submitted all of the requested documents almost immediately.  Sensitive documents like articles of incorporation, power of attorney, and scanned passport.  The money was sent from a corporate account so they asked for company documents.  Now almost 2 months later my account is still on hold.  I have submitted numerous support tickets and emails and I either get no response or some irrelevant statement like we need your passport which i sent 7 times.  At this point all i want to do is take my coins and close the account, but they will not let me.  My coins are on hold for all this time.

At this point i am ready to pursue legal action.  If anyone knows how I can do so, please let me know.

These people are either completely incompetent, or scammers.  I really hope its incompetence.
