I seem to have some coins on my hard drive somewhere that i cant locate entirely. What i mean is when i open my bitcoin client I see around 130 coins show up in my wallet and then disappear. I know for the fact this isnt a glitch because it has happened numerious times before.

reply if you know whats going on or know what i should do.

Bitcoins are never really "stored" on your hard drive.  The private keys that lets you spend your coins is stored in the wallet.dat file.

Ignore any totals that appear when you just launch the client and it downloads the latest blocks -- when it is caught up, then it will show the balance that you can use to spend.

FYI - the spot price of gold is currently $1571 / oz.  That coin should weigh 17.5 grams and is 22 karat. That Yields .565853139 oz of gold. Which would be $888.96 USD or at the current exchange rate (6.58 btc/usd), 135 Bitcoins for this Eagle at scrap value.

At 100 Bitcoins, that's a good deal. The pawn shop would likely give you more.

pawn shop around here said if i wanted til the end of the month his buddy would buy it for $1005
im in no rush to sell either, i like the numbers im hearing though:)

★25 btc (Vector)

Do not pm me for a logo.. just reply with a brief description of your needs (size, format, etc)

My portfolio is in sig.

A buyer for a coin like that might want an escrow, or even to buy it in person.  Are either of those methods acceptable?

I'm open for escrow and face to face sales. I'm in the NYC area for those who wasn't meet up
