21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose the right bounty for Newbie? Get rid of fake/scam project on: February 16, 2020, 02:56:40 PM
Actually in this forum very complete about crypto. my advice before joining the bounty or start promoting should look first at the string of scam accusations. don't join random bounty projects, promote scam projects just as you participate in fraud. I personally do more analysis before promoting a project, and that also needs to be remembered sometimes projects that seem potentially could also fail. the point of being a bounty hunter also depends on luck.

22  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it correction time? Market down by 8% on: February 16, 2020, 01:46:00 PM
Our IMO is in the bull run market and the price decline is not that much of a problem, many assume this correction is a dump due to short-term investment. some say this is the whale's strategy to take maximum advantage, halving is a few moments away, the price jumps for sure, but maybe the impact on altcoin will be no movement later. to keep prices falling further, I have placed at a certain point for stop loss.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facts about bounties on: February 16, 2020, 11:36:26 AM
Being a bounty hunter in my opinion is an easy job compared to working offline, it's just that for now it's no longer the golden age of bounties, now it needs to research before promoting a project. in fact this is all due to scammers, where good and potential projects sometimes also fail, due to scammers now it is very difficult to find investors in this free market. until now I am still a bounty hunter (easy job) and I am sure there are still a number of projects there that are legitimate or potential and pay me according to what I do.

25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another wallet key lost. on: February 14, 2020, 11:00:50 AM
Very careless, not backing up recovery keys as a wallet is padlocked but does not have a key. my advice if you are still a beginner in crypto world and do not understand the security of assets in the wallet, which is to store it exchanged with a good reputation, in my opinion better. there is no way to return the asset, unless you can still access the recovery key. that's crypto, it's very safe, you yourself can't access your own assets if you lose your private key.

__________
For the problem of backing up a recovery key I usually write it on a stainless metal and place it in the safe.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts? on: February 10, 2020, 04:15:22 PM
IMO maybe, if the price of bitcoin jumps to $100k.  Cheesy Haha ..
I do not believe that XRP will go up by 6000%, and that is a very dubious right, I think jumping to the price of $2 is already slightly improving the situation, their supply continues to be created or added to the network. different from other coins, which is burning or (halving) can make it grow significantly. a little dubious about this controversy coin, but it's great that the market cap is ranked 3rd after bitcoin and ethereum.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Hardware wallet really secure enough? on: February 10, 2020, 03:28:24 PM
Much safer hardware wallet, compared to storing your private key on your computer or HDD / cloud / other storage. also had time to read the news about it. but the hacker needs direct access to the hardware wallet. otherwise, it will not be able and need special equipment to retrieve the seed or private key security. so basically the hardware wallet must be kept in a safe place. during this time I use a hardware wallet no problems at all, and runs normally.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason behind the fall of altcoins??? on: February 10, 2020, 01:20:11 PM
That's the nature of the market, especially in crypto which is very high volatility. one of the reasons for altcoin to fall is that there are no significant updates and newer innovations tend to be in demand, it is appropriate if investors dump the altcoin. also most people have the investment route, Bitcoin => altcoin => Bitcoin => altcoin => Bitcoin = Fiat ..  it can be concluded that people investing in altcoin is only for bitcoin or fiat, so it is very vulnerable if the project does not have a significant update, IMO investors will dump all coins. to recover alt market conditions is also very difficult, one of the reasons is that investors are more focused on bitcoin movements.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: My wish for bounty projects that seem impossible on: February 10, 2020, 12:37:26 PM
Payment of coins or tokens from the project for bounty hunters, can indeed threaten the price if it is already listed on the exchange. I think gradual distribution is a good thing, so hunters cannot dump large amounts. unfortunately, BTC or stable coin payments, I see very rarely, only projects that really have funds. and also when paying with BTC, I think the bounty hunter only gets a little, because there are many participating members.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: February 10, 2020, 11:57:08 AM
The presence of the USDT only helps traders, because it is easier to move between exchanges to other exchanges, when compared with fiat. For now, I still believe in USDT, but I don't keep my money there for too long. IMO if you have some money and don't want high volatility, I think keeping it in a bank is better. The USDT is a stable token that is centralized, and I don't know the fiat reserves they hold, but the USDT volume is greater compared to other crypto assets, so far it is still safe to save money on USDT. -IMO-
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What the shit is happening in CMC? on: February 10, 2020, 07:53:14 AM
Actually this incident has been a while. Unfortunately at this time the CMC platform does not work well, or cannot distinguish between original volume and manipulation (price/volume). To see coins or tokens at the moment I still use CMC, and not to see the exchange volume. And also the rank of coins/tokens is 1000 and above I think it's also shitcoin and doubt. in CMC I only believe up to rank 100 only.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone still earning with bounties? on: February 10, 2020, 06:53:04 AM
See current market conditions, it seems to be improving. This is also a sign that a valid new project will be found. Just a suggestion that "complaining won't help you", being a bounty hunter is the easiest job when compared to offline work. It's just that for now we need to research the project before promoting. Because promoting a scam project isn't a pride in crypto-world even though you get some money from the project. IMO is currently improving market conditions and marked a legitimate project will emerge.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BSV and BCH are all set for halving before BTC Halving... on: February 09, 2020, 04:33:57 PM
Not very interested in forks, or duplicates. If what is structured is clear, why should you choose the doubtful, think about it. My portfolio is more directed to BTC, and indeed the allocation percentage is 65% at BTC. I think it's better to hold Eth, than forks. The main reason also is that Eth is still a king and is very volatile. Sorry I talk like this because basically I'm not a fan of coin forks.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone doing the Ethereum staking? on: February 09, 2020, 11:45:48 AM
Waiting for certainty from vitalik is in my opinion the best thing. Until now Ethereum 2.0 is still a warm conversation. What pisses me off is why I have to postpone it until now, even though investors are very enthusiastic in waiting for Ethereum 2.0. maybe some people who can't afford 32 ETH will use pool services. Of course here reputation is very influential, I'm sure the top exchange might be involved with Ethereum 2.0. as it is currently serving staking coins.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top Crypto News Websites - Where do you find your crypto news? on: February 08, 2020, 05:47:37 PM
Publish0X is indeed a news platform about crypto that is popular recently, and considering also the creators of article writers get a satisfying income. coindesk and cointelegraph, of course this platform is more serious in news about crypto and also the website has been popular from the past. but right now I'm trying a relatively new platform, Coinness apk, an application on a smartphone. Yes, every notification of the application makes me addicted to reading news about crypto.

37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins do you Hold ? on: February 03, 2020, 05:04:37 PM
Hi im new @ Bitcointalk and this is my first post  Smiley

Im into Crypto since 2016 so i saw big climbs off different Coins and i saw the market bleeding. At this time I had a lot of different coins some of them are already gone so i won and afterwards i lost money.

Im still into IOTA which i think is a really good investment and in NEO, Link and till 1 week i´ve invested in BTCT and started a MN. I had about 100 ETH but sold waaay to early...  Angry

So now to my questions:
which coins do you prefer and Hold ?
what do you think about the coins i´ve invested in ?

Thanks and sorry for my bad English Grin
BTCT?
What is this coin?
is this what you mean (Price Coinmarketcap)?
You know crypto in 2016, I think you are a smart investor and certainly experienced. because the current scammer trend has disappeared little by little. if it's true that the coin I mentioned above is BTCT approaching the word shitcoin, I see no volume and price, ROI is also blushing, try next time you are more careful to invest. why don't you just hold ETH for long-term investment and for IOTA, NEO, LINK coins, the coins are potential and have the opportunity to progress or develop, but I don't think it's for BTCT.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Kucoinplay going to be better than typical bounties? on: February 03, 2020, 04:02:23 PM
I prefer the bounty in this forum and promote it, so that the distribution time I get some alt fairly according to work. for bounty on kucoinplay I feel a little unfair, you have to really promote your referral link to get points and rank, it could be manipulation and cheating the system. I like the bounty in Furum because it is more transparent, especially if the manager is escrow. it is true that this forum has passed the prize hunter's golden age, but now there are still bounties running and the project looks legitimate or convincing.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about DASH? on: February 03, 2020, 02:35:28 PM
I think fine. it's just that "regulation" is holding it back. DASH privacy coins are certainly also popular after XMR. good news also in venezuela right now this coin is very much needed there, because the country's economy is unstable and tends to choose crypto to save some wealth. Yes, in Venezuela the data is currently increasing and the need for supplies is due to the large interest in DASH coins in the country. also a solid team also fosters ecosystem development and focuses on Venezuela. for investment problems, I suggest research and opinion assumptions themselves are better, than following someone. so if you lose then there is nothing to blame.

40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming on the blockchain - What do you think? on: February 03, 2020, 11:18:04 AM
I found this interesting article about the current gaming industry on the blockchain, what do you think about the gaming industry currently on the blockchain and do you think it will evolve and have a future? Or is blockchain not really for gaming? If you want to read the article, you can read it on the link below.
-snip
Actually blockchain technology can innovate or be developed so that it becomes something new. the fact is already seen that any industry that blockchain is indeed very important for their ecosystem. Blockchain in the game I think this is a serious thing, because there would be many who support it if you hear the advantages of the blockchain. I also think the video game industry will make its own currency involving the blockchain in development.
