no more backtrack on x11 now? Good job dev Let's hope so. Once all the other pools update their clients and we get more miners to get the difficulties of X11 and Blake higher, there shouldn't be any block jumps. These jumps occur because the coin is not able to choose the best chain since there are still quite a lot of people are mining on the old chain. Hopefully in some hours, it will all be sorted out. Are we playing a cover of "Groundhog Day" ? Anybody here who can f..k Andy tonight ?

300 k
Most of them in my wallet and a small amount on bittrex.
My wallet 2.1.1 synchronized during the night, I even received 2 sfr transferred from bittrex, but now it is no more synchronized.

the price is already taking a hit on bittrex
It looks bad. if you hurry there's still a small hope to sell at 1-10 satoshis, but if your wallet is not synhronizing you're screwed. good job dev

Just to announce that payouts have been sent to the users whom already sent their wallet addresses with their Pm's. I have pm'd the remaining people who didn't give me a wallet address.
Please check, and keep in mind this is the actual payment that you were supposed to receive, pool was sending sometimes up to 3x payouts and some users even reported this to me.
Any further info please send me another PM
Coins received here too. Thanks.

Who the hell is dumping @ 20 satoshi ? Completely stupid, it doesn't even pay for power bill (or someone want the price to go down to buy moar)
On other hands, it's a good deal for buyers (i bought 350K between yesterday and today..)
DEV, have you still your premined coin ? (~1.8 million after bounties ?)
Or someone who didn't mine these coins...

And now its fine. Go figure.
syncing aswell? i got mine woindows wallet to open correctly now, but it doesnt seem to sync at all, no connections either. have had it open now for several hours without any change?? if you have correctly added nodes and you see first 2 to 6 connections and finally no connection after a few minutes just try to kill wallet process an run again. I had to do that around 10 times before having my wallet sync'ed. btw at first launch, my wallet crashed.

apparently its possible to mining the darkcoin with asics, that you are aware of this?
Oh I'm aware. This is what I've been mining with. Notice 150MH/S!!! marketing says 150 MH/s....machine say 105 MH/s. Must be a Butterfly Labs model. It just needs a little bit of overclocking : 150 MH/s and more toasted bread slices

busoni My 163 e-mailbox not withdraw ITC, not receive the activation
Don't you think that withdrawal issues should be adressed to poloniex support rather than posted in this thread? Can you make the difference between a bitcointalk thread and an exchange support? try that http://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/login you'll have probably a higher rate of success than in flooding this thread.

I'm not sure how long it will be. A new server is being set up right now, but it might not be ready until tomorrow. It shouldn't take more than a few hours after that to get the site running. I'll update you all when I have a better idea of the timing.
It is likely that when the site does come back up, several alt markets will remain frozen until all wallets are moved.
Thank you all for your support and patience!
And thanks for keeping us posted. I hope your exchange will be soon back.

I want to propose new names for kFC cause I dislike the junk food reference (Yes I know, I read the whole thread, it's k like kilo not K like Kentucky) :
nSC = new stackcoin nSC = new shitcoin nSC = new scam coin nEDG = new edge coin nFC = no future coin
I do like the last one.
Seriously you are going to attack the name? Also to all myriadcoin fanatics I would politely ask you to refrain from posting unless you have something constructive to add. These arguments that Futurecoin is simply a "clone" is hypocritical at best as most cryptocurrencys are "clones" of bitcoin, we want to build off the ideas of others rather than accusing others of scamming. I think you misunderstood my purpose. Read again " I want to propose new names for kFC cause I dislike the junk food reference" so it was certainly not an attack "against the name"...just a few propositions to help you to find a more accurate name, a one that our brain couldn't associate to some kind of junk coin. I will just concede that these propositions may eventually sound like a warning.

I'm off. Well in fact I was never in. MYR clone without excellent MYR devs, without scrypt and Qubit but with Premine, IPO, and last but not least, negative feedbacks from futurecoin about MYR Is it a joke? Is it a scam? Why newbie status? Previous nickname had too much "trade with extreme caution"? Using an escrow doesn't change many things if futurecoin's purpose is to dump his coins ASAP and anyway most of investors didn't use an escrow... I want to propose new names for kFC cause I dislike the junk food reference (Yes I know, I read the whole thread, it's k like kilo not K like Kentucky) : nSC = new stackcoin nSC = new shitcoin nSC = new scam coin nEDG = new edge coin nFC = no future coin I do like the last one.

Which algo keeps the GPUs (R9-280x) coolest..Qubit/Groestl/Skein??
Could someone who tested all of them please share.....
Sure, I did try skein and groestl. Qubit never worked quite right (pool's were rejecting shares). I'll post screenshots after mining for a minute in a sec. EDIT: someone should fix the OP...the qubit gpu miner posted there gives me HW only mining myriad. Using sph-sgminer everything works fine, same settings. Groestl comes first, Qubit second, Skein third and Scrypt is the hottest naturally. Now, power usage, I have no way to test it but I'd be inclined to think Groestl draws less power (it also runs just as fast on a 5870). Groestl Qubit Skein Scrypt (I don't mine scrypt at all btw...not anymore) I have a rig with 3 R9 280X, MSI P67A-G45 (bios flashed for ivy bridge support), intel G2030, 4 Go, Seasonic P1000. Measured at the wall, taking off 80W for motherboard+CPU+RAM+HD and dividing by 3, I get for one GPU Groestl : 100 W Qubit : 115 W Skein : 175 W Scrypt : 240 W Gpu core clock 1100 Memclock from 1000 to 1500 depending on algo 1.150 V

I bought 10 of them from 3 different vendors around January.
I got 4 from the same vendor with serial numbers A135000034xxx : 2 of them didn't last more than a month. (The 2 remaining gpus from this batch are still mining).
6 are from 2 other vendors and have different SN A135200017xxx, A140400054xxx and different bios, I have a mix of Hynix and Elpida RAM and till now I had no problem with them.

some one dev team need to step up to promote or add new features to this coin wallet to get noticed otherwise this is dead
Developer has already said that the wallet innovations are in the works. I am also authoring an article which one of the developers has agreed to help get published on a popular crypto-news site, though it has been very slow going due to extraneous issues. that's great!!! It would also be great to have other kernels for our miners, some of them are very efficient in term of power usage.

Sorry. I updated about 8 hours later the hard fork. The darkcoin's hard fork occurred too fast and quickly that I couldn't catch up.
It didn't take even 24 hours after the source commit. Darkcoin dev team answered that they miscalculated the block time.
Got many orphans but hash was not gone to the air. The pool paid out some coins so it may be small indemnification to miners.
Sorry and thank you. No problem. It is generally admitted that the delay given by darkcoin's devs was a bit short.

Yeah I tried! I suppose at least a week before a hard fork is needed beyond this stage of the coin. We were so limber a few weeks ago!
Sounds like a good plan Lets hope no more security holes happen (though those that happened came from outside YOUR code - my perfect Evan [I'm getting creepy now aren't I? LOL]) Oh boy, I better rein in my sense of humor.... LOL, where is that from? I'm definitely missing something, LOL Misery

Our darkcoin pool is very lucky now All Time : 86.47% Last 24 Hours : 85.49%Ideally, block finding stat must be 100% Lower than 100% means that you find a block reward with little hash than net hash average. We are in lucky time, getting more blocks than expected. Come and mine together. http://darkcoin.miningpoolhub.comDarkcoin mining pool hub. Did you update the pool before the hard fork Hard Fork At 34140 (DGW) all blocks are orphaned
