No, it's like paying for an ICO in cash. It's simply pointless: a company needs to promote its product, which is enclosed in a token. When the Crypto currency is on a par with the Fiat - then there will be something that looks like your presentation.  

Weird question. We earn money to spend it. If we are not allowed to spend the crypto currency, we will transfer it to the Fiat. If we do not want to lose on the ICO - we will sell as soon as we see the price increase. Better a small profit than a small loss. 

Well, this should be expected. Correction after growth is normal (if you look at the graphs for a year or two). Soon everything will return to its previous positions (already now the market is more or less green). So do not panic! 

First, we find out which exchange is trading this token (you can at coinmarketcap).
If you do not want to wait for the listing, and want to merge them as quickly as possible, then you need to forkdelta or etherdelta.
Selling tokens, we find an exchanger. If the currency into which you transferred coins is not supported by the exchanger, we translate it into another one, or we are looking for another exchanger.
There, on the exchangers, you already choose in which form you want to get your money. 

Specifically now - I do not know. Nobody can answer exactly when the market will recover. So if you do not get to SCAM, then, perhaps, you will lose half of the funds when you notice the proceeds to your wallet. At your own peril and risk - as always! 

Well, not always this rule works this way. The worse the bounty - the worse the reward. But the quality of the company's bounty consists of many factors. Do not judge by the length of the company alone, analyze everything! 

ICO no longer looks promising against the backdrop of the red market. Investments into shares are still alive, so, probably, it is still worthwhile to switch to hardware startups, not software.
