compare with Jan to Apr months now market is better and every market up and downs common so no need sell coins in lows price because market will grow up coming few months hence keep old the coins and this is the right time to invest on crypto market    

its depended by your selected coins, if you selected good coins the keep it hold once market will up then you will take good profits, once altcoins price growing up automatically increasing BTC value then you can sell altcoins in BTC  after that you can sell you BTC in your local currency.
