21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Psychological fear dominates the market on: December 03, 2018, 03:36:44 PM
This is true, but it is also understandable in a way. When BTC hit 20k, people become greedy and saw easy money in it. And a lot of the investors approached to all of this as a gamble. So, it is completely understandable for you to feel fear, when you can/should expect anything. Not a single market so far has been as volatile as cryptomarket and we are currently part of unfamiliar trading area. It's probably historically significant from some perspective, but it is extremely terrifying for the participants.
22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we still believe in Bitcoin? on: December 02, 2018, 10:46:54 AM
if cryptos fall back to zero (they have already lost 80% of their value, or $750 billion), their mining will have represented one of the most fantastic waste of energy in modern history. The only "objective" value associated with them is the energy cost of their extraction... Cryptomos will not leave any material traces in the world heritage (because even an abandoned industrial wasteland is a testimony to our past, structural metal can be recycled, etc.).

Cryptos could have just increased the pollution of the planet without ever having been used for anything to protect it.

But taxing crypto-miners is impossible...

This is an interesting point. But I never looked at it this way. Plus, I highly doubt that once in the future waste of energy will be marked as a negative side of the crypto industry. It had a huge impact to supply and demand of the tools needed and it definitely made huge waste and costs for energy, but that will be valuable to statistics in the 1 or 2 years to come, no longer than that. If you look it that way, it is time consuming as well. But that is the price to be paid, we all agreed to it. I don't agree that the cryptos will fall to zero, ever. I believe that is not an option.
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you most interested in learning about? on: December 01, 2018, 10:03:09 AM
I don't believe in easy money and to be honest, I don't have enough time to educate myself enough to invest in a safe (safer) option so I am in all of this for pure knowledge about the possibilities. How the blockchain works, how it can/will be implemented in other things besides the coins? What is that revolutionary concept that will bring a better future to all of us? Plus, it seems like today, you should be having a base knowledge of cryptocurrecies since they seems to be here to stay. Cryptocurrency knowledge is like knowing how to spell or read, it is becoming mandatory.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin bankruptcy on: November 29, 2018, 10:09:44 PM
Cryptocurrency market is extremely volatile and everyone seems to be forgetting that! There is a trend amongst cryptocurrency investors, they keep expecting easy money. It doesn't work that way. No one was surprised when BTC skyrocketed and now a crash comes as a surprise. This is only a fool, stop using the word bankruptcy and R.I.P. BTC, you are exacturating. Hold on, let us wait for January.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about new coins? on: November 28, 2018, 09:02:12 PM
The possibilities are really numerous and finding a gem in all the altcoins that are being built daily is really time consuming but I believe it is worth a while if you know what to monitor and how to make the assessment. I discovered something called BTCN, it sounds catchy, they tried to make it as BTCs younger brother. As far as I could see for now, it reached coinmarketcap expressly and has already quite a community that is pretty active. I have been involved in some internal discussions about it and it seems promising for now. The facts are that it has a committed development team which is making upgrades and improvements frequently/almost daily and it already has a certain trading volume of a couple of known exchanges. I agree that more established coins bring more security, but then again, less known coins bring less needed investment and potential to boom. It is up to us to balance and act upon our expectations and goals.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IF blockchain fails, what could replace it then? on: November 27, 2018, 06:23:14 PM
Blockchain is a special combination of three technologies, namely the internet, private key cryptography, and protocols (software) that regulate incentives. and if the blockchain fails it needs to be added maybe its security technology because the crypto market is still often hacked

Block chain is the core in which BTC is built and regardless BTC's destiny, it has a wide range of ways how it can be used. It is already being used separately from BTC and for completely different industries. The progress will definitely move it forward and force it to upgrade or fail, but I don't believe it will happen in the near future. At some point, some AI will replace it, but not anytime soon.
27  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really driven by individuals? on: November 26, 2018, 05:58:00 PM
It is driven by individuals, the volume of the BitCoin is spread amongst a lot of people and completely decentralised. The point of block chain is complete decentralisation and anonymity. There is a lot of people that invested in it when the price was a two digit number and if someone like that decides to sell his coins at the given situation, of course that it will have a huge impact.

PM for more info.

You write very confused, and then you're upset that nobody understands or believes in you.

1. IS -  is it probably Ísland ?
2. If yes, you have a VAT company in Ísland?
3. If no company there, what VAT do you claim ? You  write (plus possible VAT) ?

Local VAT has already been paid upon arrival. If you are a company in another country, you will not be able to claim local VAT on resale.  If you are a private person, then exactly the same.

As long as you write things like that "possible VAT",  I can not take you seriously.

You write - very low electricity prices. How much is very low? You can post it here, how much does one L3 + hold for 30 days in this DC.

But the most basic is that L3 + with your prize $850 per set, never ROI, even with free electricity.

And really, I should be crazy when I buy yours. I already have 60x Antminer L3 +, 35x Antminer D3 and 45x Antminer A3 in good hosting places. At an average lower electricity prices, what i have in my home. This is because I can reclaim 20% VAT.

The same applies to foreign companies in Ísland DC. They do not pay a local VAT for electricity.

1. Yes, it's Iceland.
2. Our branch in Iceland is a VAT company.

Electricity rates - that is something that would have to e checked with the data center itself. They might differ somewhat from what we're currently paying so we wouldn't want to mislead anyone.
What would you consider low rates?

Price: $1,100 per set so for all 200 => $220,000 or equivalent. (plus possible VAT)

PM for more info.

Dude your price is so far out of line it is sad.

edit:

at 850 in europe  your price may be good now.  depends on power cost.

Not usre exactly what price

Phil - Also please note that there is little to know proof of him owning this many L3's.  Would help to see images and userID, and date.

Everything can be provided if there's a serious buyer. I gather you're not one? I really have better things to do than post fake selling ads of miners we don't own. Also, will not poster ALL INFO in the thread - that's what PMs are for + direct contact too.

Escrow is possible, photos are possible, SNs of miners are possible, call and visit at the DC is possible (they know us there very well and would confirm it's really our miners), plenty of other things can be provided as proof.
