Probably you live in such a modern country, if criminals interested in crypto. In my country crypto is not so popular.
I have my own experience when someone robbed the shop where I worked. My boss had a safe, but he didn't close him and didn't move money to the bank in the evening. So one day he was robbed.
After that I never keep money in my house. I use banks. Yes I paid more, but I feel safety because I don't have much money. With crypto I try to use the same approach, I use online services and don't keep more than some sum$ in one service.

I think bitcoin and gold are very similar. They are both have limit. Gold is so popular, because it has been around for a long time. Technology wasn't too popular 20 years ago. So before bitcoin all people thought (and I) that gold was a currency that is not lost in value. And they bought to save their money.
It is difficult to change that. Bitcoin is a quiet new phenomenon compared to gold. And has great volatility.
Maybe in 100 years or more bitcoin will be in the same lvl like a gold. But now it's impossible. I don't know what should happen for bitcoin to compete with gold.

I do think this might have been a big move , since sportsbet.io just paid a huge sum to have been advertised on the billboards and at the same time they did get a huge deal with Southampton. This is a great news. Advert on the billboards inside one of the famous league is a huge step. Many people who are not interested in cryptocurrency have a chance to learn it. Not only that but what I liked was that the company did not just advertise for them they also advertised for bitcoins as a whole. They wrote HODL on the side and that's so cool , we all know that bitcoins need a little bit of support at this moment. You are definitely right. It also show that company (bitcoin) can compete with big usual companies. They can't say now that bitcoin is something that you can't use in big business. |

if you really want to know save strategy You should read about risk management. It will help you a lot.
For example if you starting from 100$ and lose 30% you get 70$. Then you win 35% and you get 94.5$. Just try to use not real money and after takin positive experience and profit, change them to real.

I think only transaction price can kill bitcoin. I know there are many ways to make transactions. But one day it will cost a lot and it will not have any sense make bitcoin payment.

Yes, before 2014 btc was the province of programmers, there was no hate. As soon as the money grubbing traders and common criminals arrived post 2014 the 'hating' began, and HODL as well Pre 2014 nobody talked about 'getting rich', we were going to become our own banker, we were going to put a stake in the heart of uncle-scam, and FED; Now today its 24/7 HODL/HATE, and Uncle-Scam has taken over BTC; Might I add BTC-CORE handed scam the keys to the door Everytime the price goes down, people read the negative articles, everytime the price is up, nobody read the negative articles. Hell the only time I post here is when the price is going down, funny how this works. I think people have their thinking caps on when the price is in a free-fall, otherwise, they' blinded by $$$ Another thing here is post 2016, the majority of the posts are 'sentiment bots', which are probably paid for by exchanges, as volatility is how they make $$$ I agree with you. Money makes people greedy. When price goes up it is very difficult to find hate articles. Only about trading, becoming rich and trading analytics. But when price goes down, the 'hating' begin. The main idea of decentralized system goes into the second place. And money, hate, greedy, scam do a lot of damage to the bitcoin system. |

If you think that 100$ or 1000$ is enough to invest you are not right. You can go to market and buy coins or shares or whatever. And this is invest to the future.
Actually, this is not investing, it is trading. You buy something and expect it will rise, and in 2 years you get x2-x3. You can't manage company after buying shapes, you can't give directions or appoint SEO. And you can buy only what market gives you.
New companies don't go to poor people and take money from many people. They go to funds, venture funds or rich people. And this is opportunity to invest. This means you give a lot of money to this company and believe in it. This company makes money (or not) and get profit to you. Because you give money for the company and grows thanks to you. You are not buying a piece of exist company, you are giving company opportunity to live.
Cryptocurrency gives you chance to become a real investor. But 10,000$ not even 1% from ico goal. So in this case investing only for the rich.

Could someone tell me why so many people are investing in DEFI projects? Are these projects giving the best profit? Or It is just a new way of cryptocurrency?
It's too risky for me to buy shitty coins. I just want to buy coins that will give me x1.5-x2 for sure. I can't afford lose my money for now. Maybe 5-7% it's ok, but I'm not ready to risk my money.

It is very hard to create new business. And bitcoin gives opportunity to be rich or create own without a lot of money. You just need to create some great idea and knowledge about bitcoin and how it work. Put them together and get rich. It's not about greedy, it's about new opportunity.

If you want to take profit just wait the best price. Trading without any knowledge is a bad idea. It's your money and it's too risky.
Save money in token that you don't know also bed. Try to be with market and not fight it.
If 100$ isn't a big money and you can pay them for experience that's a good approach. With more experience and knowledge, you can increase your crypto investment. You will have time for the next growth.

I would not like to work. I try to save some money at least $ 5000 a year and invest it now. But price of shares is too big. All markets are very high.
In 2030 I will work, but I will not depend on salary.
I hope it will be time without THIS FU***G QUARANTINE. And I can travel around the world paying only in bitcoins.

For some reason, the founder is hidden. I think they don't want to affect the price, their safety and many of other reasons. Not all founder like Elon Musk. And they can make damage to bitcoin, because of public speech.
It's better for me not to know who is hiding.
