Sent a transaction to their receving address and one of my forwarding addresses never received the bitcoins. It has been unconfirmed for 36 hours now. I have been keeping an eye on 3-4 day old unconfirmed transactions for a few hours now and they are "never accepted by a node" and are pruned from the database!
I am not a victim of MITM as I have letter of guarantee which was verified. Still have it now.
Assume they sent a fake transaction or something so they could scam me out of 5BTC. Only been using bitmixer for a couple of weeks or so. 5th mix with them and I am scammed. Avoid them at all costs. Will stick with bitblender or something.
Would appreciate if support would resolve this issue as email isn't working nor is their support form.

It is difficult to prove that the address where you transferred funds is your. More difficult to prove that second address is belong to you. Third and subsequents - impossible. Unlike darknet markets or another mixers, our generated addresses are not traceable. Coinbase may trace where you send coins to only from your coinbase account, but not all next movements, because it is silly. Anyway we operate like a web-wallet, or like a thousands independent wallets. btw you are wrong about our mixing algorithm.

We completely delete all order's information after 24 hours from our database (that is why you have to save the Letter of Guarantee).
but how is it then possible to use the same bitmixerCODE if you delete all data? We delete information about your order, like your destination addresses, custom, fees, amount you received, etc. The bitcode is used to mark your coins (and remains after next transactions) in our reserve. Until all your coins went out from our pool. Bitcode doesn't content any useful information, it is only a range of letters. Next time you use our service you are protected from receiving your previous coins, only because they are marked by bitcode. |

Bitmixer I'll appreciate if you will answer my question. Once full members got removed, will you accept sr. members and above members? I wan to participate in this campaign but all slots are full.
We plan to reduce number of participants down to 300. Now we have 470 users, most of them hero and sr. members. So I guess the nearest time we can't accept new users. |

Ok, seems the bug fixed. The forum engine changes signature even if you change another field.

Update: I believe I found how it happened.
The signature code for hero members have 177 characters. When I copy and paste it onto the signature section on my profile, it shows "Max 4000; characters remaining: 3823". After clicking "change profile" at the bottom right, the final character (I believe it is a line break) is removed automatically and it becomes "Max 4000; characters remaining: 3824". The bot still thinks I am wearing the correct signature at this moment.
But then when I change my bitcoin address and keep my signature untouched (it now only has 176 characters) and click "change profile", the bot thinks I am wearing the wrong signature.
Could you please try again change bitcoin address without touching signature to reproduce the bug? |

My issue in previous pm's to OP and postings here not addressed yet. I can't quote in this thread. The thread even when put on watch list does not show up as such. Also any message I post does not show up in my saved messages I've posted here and I'm still down 25 posts from the mess up of suddenly signature not working (ie did as advised changed signature (legendary) to new signature (also same legendary banner) and the counts seem to work from then on when I did so. Even thou the actual banners look the same. IT seems to show my BIG 2 new posts now and signature as active Anyway I only bring this up because others have gotten redress on their 25 or so missed posts...but you real problem imho is why the heck is the thread acting as it is for me? Wierd as heck..I have unwatched the this thread and rewatched the thread with same results could it be a result of the in recent months LEGENDARY category or something? anyway ...that is an aside besides me being down 25 posts...that you really need to address..(unless it is just me for some f**king reason  pm'd this to OP I added 0.014 btc to payment queue for you. I can't resolve your problem with a forum, sorry. |
