SRBminer is one of the best (if not THE best) around currently. He's just been sharing his latest version 1.6.8 with the community and they've been testing over in his thread. I'll have to spend some time and set it up shortly before the fork. Using the algo switching it provides, I can point my Vegas to MoneroOcean and let it switch between different CN algos. Pretty sweet.
Setting up the MoneroOcean multi-algo settings in SMOS using xmr-stak was quite easy and straight forward. Setting up MoneroOcean on SRBminer needs a bit of learning curve. Wished SRBminer availabale in Linux so that SMOS can add it as one of the CN miners. Can you help me setup monero ocean on my simplemining? I have 6 RX 570 4gb and the hash its 5,15Ks. On claymore. But i Will like to try monero ocean. Unfortenely i am not very good at doing this stuff. I can pay you off course. Nobody work for free. Thanks in advance. No need to pay anything - glad to help. here is my settings - mining directly to Bittrex XMR account. The port selected is a proxy for 100kh/s GPU farm. In SMOS, choose xmr-stak miner (works for both AMD and NVIDIA GPUs) --currency cryptonight_v7 -o gulf.moneroocean.stream:11024 -u <putyourXMRaddresshere> -p $rigName:<putyouremailhereforrigstatusalerts> Thank you very mutch. This Will work with monero 8 yes? With the new miner, not that v_7 miner. I dont think so.... I use this pool for XHV mining currently - it also tracks all Cryptonight coins and their forks. https://miner.rocks/Please take note that MoneroOcean is multi-algo of various forks of CryptonightV7.... like Saber, haven etc. Automatic selection of the most profitable coin to mine (XMR/GRFT/ITNS/AEON/MSR/RYO/XTL/XHV/TUBE/LOKI) and block reward conversion to XMR. Yes, yes i know that about monero ocean. I Will check that miner you use now. Thank you once again. |

Yeah etherium its the King off ico.but It doesnt mean its the best alternative.
Almost all icos Run on etherium plataform.
The problem its that the most icos are scam.
So, lets see what future bring to etherium.

E claro que não. Vai demorar imensos anos até chegar a esse ponto. Existem milhões de pessoas sem internet, quanto mais saberem o que e a Bitcoin e as crypto.
Talvez com os nossos filhos isso seja possível.
Adoção em massa não significa substituição do que é tradicional. Para exemplificar podemos pegar como um exemplo o cartão de crédito que já é utilizado em massa à anos, contrastando com os 53 milhões de brasileiros (1/3 acima dos 16 anos) que sequer tem conta em banco. Resolvendo o problema da volatilidade no preço, tempo de confirmação e taxas aceitáveis, acredito que é possível sim termos uma adoção em massa. Mas eu falei em substituição do tradicional? Não Meus amigos, 70% das pessoas que andam nisto e para ganhar dinheiro. Muitos querem lá saber da adopção para alguma coisa. A volatilidade do preço possivelmente só com regulação a irás conseguir. Muito caminho a percorrer. |

Se aquele lance da Blockstream e transações via satélite for funcional esse empecilho de ter que estar conectado a internet vai sumir, seria mais um passo gigantesco para difundir o Bitcoin. Sinceramente acho que dentro de uns 5 anos vai ser uma opção bem razoável de pagamento, convivendo com as atuais. Eu não concordo. Mas o futuro o dirá. |
