Someone could write here the definition of "scam coin" and give a list of scam coins.
NEON ... ?
As usually, the FUDders disappear when something exact is asked. It is a bit strange, because in the crypto world the basis comes from the math, and so would expect that the criticism comes too. Not. I will write you with exact math, XEM price dropped 62% in less than 2 weeks. Do I make myself clear? Devs cashed out. This is done. Fin

It's dead on arrival boys. Lets forget this scam ever existed.

I don't know guys, I'm not trying to spread fear but I saw a very similar situation years ago when NXT made an Airdrop. It was literally a PnD scheme and what XEM is doing, it kinda looks the same. At least in the NXT event you had a few days to sell at the top before a heavy price drop.
XEM is dropping even before the launch event. This is really bad.

I think after 10 years I won't ask people how much money we have, but instead we should ask questions like: How many bitcoins are there? How much ETH? .... Those are the questions we should have for each other in the future, because I'm not sure if $ will be worth it by then.
The legacy system won't go away in 10 years. State agents have too much power and they will want their share of wealth coming from cryptos. Expect the switch to happen in no less than 30 years.

This week has been incredible for ADA, 83% up against BTC when BTC is falling. It was too much too be true and it will retest the low-2000 satoshis area.

There's more ETH locked into staking funds than BTC locked in Lightning Network. Think about it 2 words: SUPPLY SHOCK

Old solid projects will thrive in 2021 along with new Defi and ICO pump and dump schemes.
I recommend investing in long lasting projects with a team that is developing the coin for over 3 or 4 years. Watch for $VAL

Gotta love the FUD in this thread. The funniest thing is that the same people FUDing right now will be FOMOing when ETH reaches 3k and BTC reaches 80k. We just passed the ATH few weeks ago. The bull market has barely started. There will be corrections, 30~40% but it's not a time to short. SHORT AND GET REKT

Lets keep realistic goals people ETH 3000 USD by the end of 2021 is very likely to happen. After that we will see how it goes.

omg this shit still alive?? lol
Just waiting for the next CSGO adoption hype cycle

I think it's wildly optimistic. Even with ETH 2.0 I believe it cannot go way far $50k. Not even 10-20k.
I believe $1k-1.5k could happen since history is a good reference for it even if Vitalik said it might not happen again. The creator might have surrendered but not its supporters. I guess that's how good Ethereum is even with all the ruckus he made. It can rise more with the staking process but they will have to be careful with their updates.
When did he say that? Is he trying to bury his coin like Charlie Lee did with Litecoin?

It is not the issue as .19.5 works at DAG creation but after some hours it also crashes... I’m switching to phonies minter for now to see if I continue to get stability issues also I do care as an RMA can take months.
What I do is send to RMA (I only had to do it twice ever, so I'm lucky), buy a new card and sell the one that comes back from RMA. But you need to have spare cash for that.

T-Rex 0.19.7
* ("ethash", "octopus", "kawpow") Improve stability for 30xx series GPUs * ("ethash") Verify overclock stability after DAG rebuild ("Instability detected" message is printed in case there are issues) * Add "--gpu-report-interval-s" parameter to control hashrate summary report frequency based on the number of share submissions * (API) Add new "pause" command for "control" handler to pause and resume mining * (Watchdog) Display a list of GPUs caused miner restart with "GPU is idle" error
Bug fixes: * ("x21s") "incorrect size of extranonce2" error * (UI) Incorrect GPU index in share submission report when "--pci-indexing" mode is enabled * (API) Miner fails to switch algorithms on the fly for some ""<algo_from>" -> "<algo_to>"" combinations
Completely unreliable for a 7 card 30series rig with medium memory overclocks 3060Ti +800MHz, 3070 +700MHz and +800MHz, 3090 +350MHz... It cannot create the DAG reliably it will hang and crash miner. However if memory overclocks are reduced by 200MHz on each card it will create DAG why is this? It works perfectly with version 0.19.5 and 0.19.4 (these I have tested with these settings). This is absolutely not a stable build for me... It just hangs unless used with an extremely low memory overclock. What power are you using on the 3060Ti? I'm able to run with +1359 MHz on the memory @131W. With +1400 I get 1% incorrect shares I use 60% power. I do not want to run the memory at such inflated values as it will degrade the memory 700 to 800 I have found to be stable in gaming and normal workloads so I am satisfied with this long term performance. However as stated .19.7 is completely unreliable when creating the DAG. That could or could not be an issue. I have 3 year warranty on my cards so I don't really care if the card is gonna blow up because it's up do Nvidia to limit overclocking capabilities. We're not doing bios mod or anything out of the ordinary.

Almost everyone is expecting the Altcoins season to happen, but Bitcoin is falling in price very quickly. and it also threatens the season of Altcoins can come to an end, we see a red color covering coinmarketcap
This happened in 2017... don't you guys read charts? Again, this is the first dump. BTC will rise from ~25k again and some alts will start to rise again. March there will be another dump on BTC. And alts will skyrocket from there. Simple trading plan, follow and profit.

So 30-50% dump from Bitcoin price ? Please share your Magic Ball for more compliance .
Look 2017 BTC charts, BTC dominance charts, Altcoin charts in the same period. 2017 had 2 BTC drops before altseason: 1) 30% drop second week of January 2) 30% drop 3 first weeks of March I don't even need to tell you what happened after that.

It starts in March, after BTC 30~50% dump.

Well, see Nano.
It was $1 just a few days ago. Now its $4.
So when will ETH be $4000? Lol.
I mean it can happen. Maybe ETH will go to $4000 this year. But then Nano will be $20 or even $30 so with Nano you made 5 times more.
I think alot of people in crypto just are extremely bad at math and dont understand market cap.
Why would you invest in things that are already extremely expensive when theres only a very small upside?
Its never the 99% of lemmings who all follow the same horn who get to paradise....
People are afraid of losing their money in bad blockchains and scam projects (which happens A LOT). So they prefer to be conservative and go for slower moving coins like BTC and ETH. The people that come from traditional markets also fear fast moving coins like Nano. That's why they keep investing in ETH but not Nano. You can replace"Nano" in my sentence with any altcoin, except LTC, XRP and BCH.
