I am willing to step up and help out and I hope alot more do the same aswell rather than moaning about things why not be part of the decisions. I am stepping up to show my support and also hopefully jolt a few more into applying I don't care if I am on the council or not but people have called for something like this so now is your chance.

A primary look at the numbers on c-c-cex today now that its got volume. Lets compare the old bucks to the new bucks and see how we came out value wise.

You received 6.3 "Newbucks" for every "original bucks". To be beyond fair I took the highest price of the most recent 24 hr orders on c-cex today, and that was .00019999 BTC per new buck.

Take .00019999btc X 6.3 and you get 0.001259937 btc. So for every original buck you swapped you received: 0.001259937 btc

0.001259937 converted into US dollars is: 33 cents (for 6.3 new bucks).

The last trade on the original bucks, on gorilla exchange was about $1.30, BUT I want to be extra fair, and take the LOWEST bucks ever was and that was $1 per original buck.

So if Im looking at this right everyone lost 77 cents on each original buck that was swapped. @Spots, Im going to ask that you keep this post live, and open for discussion, and even respond. Please dont delete it, as I will just repost. This just needs to be discussed with everyone. It might even calm people if its handled professional. If im looking at this wrong, Im open to correction.

Thank you

Here is my maths as I am already in profit off bucks

I purchased 200 bucks for $200 so they cost $1 each.
I then staked them 200 bucks but split them up into 198 deposits of 1 and lost 2 in fees so was left with $198.

I staked from the start untill the snapshop and ended up with a balance of 3657 bucks
on conversion them 3657 were multiplied by lets call it 6 as whats a .3 giving me a total of 21942 of the new bucks

Now the price of bucks has been dropping so lets now call in half of what you said and say 10k sats each

10,000 x 21942 = 219420000 or 2.1942 btc lets round it to 2 btc now then whats that value of btc atm 1 BTC = $257.9088

I,ll call it $250 round that down aswell so 2x $250 = $500 :O I have over doubled my original investment

Thankyou spots Cheesy

   So your $200 initial investment rose to $3657.  Now in the blink of an eye it's worth $500.   And your happy about it?

Just asking....

More than happy thanks as where do you get the $3657 from if coins worked like your thinking we would all be rich.
Just because I staked $200 worth of coins and turned them from 200 into 3657 doesn't mean I would still get $1 each for them.

First congratz on your gains. Ive said before im not about being right. I want to hear about everyone's experience. I very much like to hear when people make money. I do want to add that Im not aware of anyone selling over 3500 original bucks. So, if you didnt then you must have traded them in, therefore losing 66% of their value. Im not trying to change your point of view. If you were able to sell that many original bucks on the exchange congratz. I tried to sell original bucks at best sell price for a few days and didnt sell 1. I will add, this is not an attack on anyone, simply a discussion of the coin. Thats all.

Vegas

As my sort of maths explanation goes it shows I converted them but just gave an example of what I could get now I have already made more than show and have over half of my coins still as I sold most in the 30k sats area. I didn't want to sell them all as this is a spots coin after all and we do make $ with them as you know , he hasn't done me wrong yet and I am happy to carry on and at this moment in time I have nothing to lose anyway.

I send request to bitterx hope I get my fresh coins and get some stake.
I like to join this swap so I hope coins are comming in.
What can be the reason coins not in my wallet yet?

It does sometimes take a little while to arrive from trex I wouldn't worry 2 much yet.

You would be better off having this done on an exchange if you want high investment as it gives investors the knowledge that the buy wall will be in place automatically.

Hi Guys

I own almost 40k of MMXIV, staking in the local wallet, that right now are valued almost 0.55+BTC. I also own a bit more than 0.05 TEETH in Bittrex, that I will need to transfer soon to a local wallet.

I've read here that you're talking about a 25% value after the conversion, could you please explain to what are you referring?

I don't have so much time to follow this discussion in this period.

Thank you in advance.

The 25% refers to the new coin so each of the 4 coins spots has will get a 25% share in the new coin . so mmxiv for example will get 250,000 of the new coin and this will then be split up and shared as a equal % so if you own 5% of the mmxiv total coins then you will get 5% of the 250,000 new coins.

Why I split all my coins into deposits of 1 and made 4x the coin increase lol
Which coin are you talking about?
Please explain your proccess
Gorillabucks you could also do with vary but maybe too late now , if you do try I would maybe reccomend splits of around 10 now for vary. How it has worked so far for me is making all my deposits in the amount of 1 and when ever I staked all that I staked was 1 coin. By doing this my actual net weight would hardly drop as I only staked 1 coin and the reward for bucks is between 1 and 9 . Now if you think about it if you had 100 bucks and did split that up into 99 deposits of 1 coin you would of lost the last coin in transaction fees, you are looking at an average stake of around 495 coins resulting in a balance of 594 coins . Now this is a average maths based on spots vary system used on bucks and you could get more or less as the reward does cycle through from 1-9 and your stake could fall anywhere.

I'm working with Teeth.With only 10 days left before the new swap, what do you think I could squeeze out of this?

I haven't used the teeth staking system sorry I made my intrest on the exchange playing the markets with this.

Thank you Smiley
Also make your own decisions about your coins if you want to keep them or sell them , don't listen to others who say to sell as they are most likely the buyer at the exchange.

Let me make this as clear as possible for all the simpletons who want math as proof that vegasguy is a fucking moron

MMXIV/TEETH Staking Calculations:
Code:
int64 GetProofOfStakeReward(int64 nCoinAge, int nHeight)
{
    int64 nRewardCoinYear = GetProofOfStakeRewardYear(nHeight);  // creation amount per coin-year
    int64 nSubsidy = nRewardCoinYear * nCoinAge * 33 / (365 * 33 + 8);
    if (fDebug && GetBoolArg("-printcreation"))
        printf("GetProofOfStakeReward(): create=%s nCoinAge=%"PRI64d"\n", FormatMoney(nSubsidy).c_str(), nCoinAge);
    return nSubsidy;
}
This system prefers higher inputs, as you can see it uses coinage to scale rewards

Variance Staking System used in VARY and BUCKS:
Code:
int64 GetProofOfStakeReward(int64 nCoinAge, int nHeight)
{
    int64 nRewardCoinYear = GetProofOfStakeRewardYear(nHeight);  // creation amount per coin-year
    int64 nSubsidy = (((nHeight % 9) + ((nCoinAge % 10000) * 33 / (365 * 33 + 8))) + 1) * nRewardCoinYear;
    if (fDebug && GetBoolArg("-printcreation"))
        printf("GetProofOfStakeReward(): create=%s nCoinAge=%"PRI64d"\n", FormatMoney(nSubsidy).c_str(), nCoinAge);
    return nSubsidy;
}
Coinage is squished and rewards are based on a Variance of factors, which are static regardless of input size, resulting in small inputs being more stake-efficient

All of this is common knowledge by now, anyone who does not understand this is either a moron or intentionally ignoring my advice. Go shill shitty HBN somewhere else now, dick

Your cool, Spots. You're into NASA, maybe we could get so lucky that you won't come back down?  Tongue

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIWHMb3JxmE

I wish  Sad

Me too, then you wouldn't be able to access the internet and create pump and dump coins  Cry

Rover on Mars has Twitter, so your argument doesn't hold up

Very funny. Now answer my question. Why do you create coins then run away weeks later after they fail?

Nearly 7000 posts means I'm running away?

MMXIV is over a year old, by the way, and 9 months longer than you've even been registered: Date Registered:   February 12, 2015, 06:38:46 PM

Have you not ran away from E-money/E-cash?
Spots didn't create that he fixed it for the community , he wasn't the dev who started it and for his efforts he got a load of hassle so left the community to it with a coin that was fixed.

Yes and a few days LATER 10,000 coins appeared in the money supply. EXPLAIN THAT.

Vegas

Well My % has flow up way above the average increase so maybe others have aswell. If we started with 10,000 and right at this moment have 29108.69872300 that would be call it a 3x increase . I am going to be honest now and say I started off with 200 coins and now have in my wallet 2437 coins so an increase of 12x way above the average as I had been following what was happening.

edit: If you staked you staked and it would increase if you mined you would of got nothing as it doesn't pay for mining only staking.
