Science and Technology never stop
Seele is exploring the new peak of blockchain 4.0! It is well known that the revolutionary innovation of blockchain has provided ability for value transmission which the traditional Internet cannot deal with. However, the technology is mainly used to create various altcoins with the purpose of ramping up in the coin price, rather than being applied to the real industrial fields. Led by internationally established blockchain laboratories, we propose a breakthrough technology named Seele that provides new solutions to fulfill industry needs. Seele is designed for building industrial service and digital economy that has large scale heterogeneous nodes and constructing a new blockchain ecosystem of value exchange network. With the innovation of the neural consensus, network structure of heterogeneous forest and protocol stack of the internet of value etc., Seele achieves high efficiency and security of the peer-to-peer value transmission by implementing an up-scalable convergence consensus algorithm (the more nodes, the faster the transaction speed), which matches the fast development of the future.  Since the discovery of the blockchain technology, it has always been aimed to create a new platform that provides high efficient collaborations between individuals and organizations. However, the existing blockchains like Bitcoins all have the same problem, the more nodes the slower the consensus, which is contrary to the purpose of large scale collaboration. Seele proposed a novel neural consensus algorithm with it?s a remarkable upward scalability, i.e.: performance and convergence speed increases with number of nodes. In a network with 100k nodes, the transaction speed is estimated to reach 100k and the confirmation delay of transactions in seconds.  In addition, the other key point for business collaboration is to provide a universal tool for multi-industry and cross-domain applications. The new internet of value is composed of heterogeneous blockchains from all over the world.Each blockchain and subnet provide same or different business and services. Therefore, providing the cross-chain access ability for heterogeneous blocks is essential to the stability of the network operation and value transmission. Seele builds a bridge for the real world and the digital world by proposing heterogeneous forest network architecture. in the network, each forest is only applied in minimum business that is relevant. In other words, each cohesive business runs in a single chain. The advantage of this design cannot only ensure security isolation and resource optimization but also provide cross-chain access ability to allow value transfer.  As the most ?destructive? blockchain ecosystem, Seele extends and improves the application and efficiency of the existing block chain system. Based on the foundation of blockchain 1.0, i.e.: Bitcoin, blockchain 2.0 i.e.: Ethereum and blockchain 3.0, i.e.: EOS, Dfinity and Cosmos, Seele is bold to explore blockchain 4.0, which is aimed to the real industrial applications. SeeSaw Reward Mechanism
The SeeSaw mechanism assures a healthy balance of stakers and Masternodes on the network by incentivising one or the other more based on the current network need. If there are not enough stakers a higher percentage of the block reward will be given to them than Masternodes, and vice versa until the appropriate balance is once again achieved.
Proof of Work
Seraph use the New PHI1612 PoW/MN algorithm to Validate Blocks. PHI1612 is one of the most Secure encryption algorithms, combination of Skein, Jh, Cubehash, Fugue, Gost and Echo algorithms. it does a GPU-based calculation during encryption. Unlike other Algorithms , the GPU resources are not always used atthe highest level during mixed encryption calculations. This means less electricity consumption and less heat generation.

Masternode Network
Masternodes are responsible for facilitating the Obfuscation and SwiftX features. They are full nodes that run 24/7 and require collateral of 5,000 SERA to be locked. In exchange for providing this service, and locking up the coins, effectively reducing supply, the Masternode owner is rewarded a portion of the block rewards. The percent of the block rewards earned is variable, and based on the SeeSaw reward mechanism.

- Launch Public API
- Currently we track the donation wallet address, button creation date, website URL and the amount of donations that have been received for each Purk Button that is generated. Once this phase is complete we will be able to receive donation totals in PURK (opt-in), impressions (opt-in), tx hash, donor wallet address variance and user button interaction. We will be publishing the PURK Button API and allowing websites and blockchain based applications to integrate using an API key. Documentation website to be developed and published also.
- Automatic Wallet Consolidation
- Since launch we have already implemented a manual consolidation command in Simplewallet to deal with small input payments and eliminate dust from a wallet. We propose to develop new functionality that allows wallet users to auto-consolidate incoming transfers in command line and GUI wallet.
- Wallet RPC API
- Whilst the current Simplewallet RPC API can be used for integration, we would like to provide exchanges a secondary option to integrate Purk with their application. The Wallet RPC API will have 20 new RPC methods which use the latest CryptoNote protocol. Current Simplewallet RPC API will stay in-tact.
- Alias Registration
- We intend to improve the current alias registration system by allowing users to associate an alias ID directly from the GUI wallet or command line wallet when you make a transfer – as opposed to when you solo mine a block.
- LMDB Development
- Currently system requirements need a minimum of 8GB RAM to use the Purk client. We will be integrating LMDB (lightning memory mapped database) which will improve blockchain synchronisation speed and allow lower spec PC’s and applications with limited resources to integrate Purk with ease.
- Donations Platform
- As a fully decentralised cryptocurrency, development updates should not be decided by a single, central authority. To ensure the natural progression of Purk we will start development on a donations and fundraising platform, where a community of Purk supporters, donee’s and donors can vote on development updates, advertising proposals and PR for Purk alongside other donation based projects that are listed by the community.
